    Business Analyst

    A skilled Business Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. The successful incumbent will identify problems and opportunities within the company and ultimately provide solutions that help the business achieve its goals.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
    • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
    • Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
    • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

    Qualifications
    Requirements:

    • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • Candidates must have a clear criminal record.
    • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analysis or a related field.
    • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
    • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
    • Must have a variety of systems knowledge.

The company is looking for energetic and target-driven Outbound Sales Agents with excellent sales strategies to sell gas and electricity products at optimized rates. The ideal candidate would be an energetic individual with previous Outbound call center experience on a UK utilities campaign. We look for candidates with excellent track records of meeting set sales targets, neutral accents, and effective communication skills. Successful agents will work independently in outbound lead generation and boost sales by selling quotes and identifying customer needs with superb customer service.

    This is a full-time, shift-based position. The Outbound Sales Agent vacancy offers a competitive basic salary of R6 000 - R6 500 with an uncapped sales commission structure!

    Note: this position is based in a call center located in Cape Town. The successful candidates will be conducting telephonic sales to UK clients.

    Job Description

    • Cold call potential clients to sell gas and electricity products to generate leads, sell quotes, and grow the business
    • Deliver seamless and individually suited sales and customer service to clients to meet customer expectation whilst delivering sales and profit growth
    • Ensure internal KPIs are monitored and met monthly
    • Proactively identify sales opportunities to increase business revenue
    • Update and develop customer details on all systems
    • Escalate calls to the relevant departments where necessary

    Qualifications
