    PR / Brand Director - Cape Town

    The PR/ Brand Director will:

    • Oversee and approve all press releases for distribution to press
    • Maintain key press relationships and identify high-level opportunities
    • Oversee the Agency’s awards programme, approve award submissions, review case study videos and attend shows when necessary
    • Oversee, drive and approve all social media content for Machine social channels
    • Oversee and approve all updates for website
    • Oversee and approve branding requirements for the agency, as well as the annual client Christmas gift
    • Compile presentations and/or speak at industry events
    • Lead on new business pitches for the agency, and compile final presentations

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To contact schools and make bookings for a number of field representatives / presenters each day.
    • Confirm and rectify school information.
    • Planning of all calls which you have confirmed bookings for.
    • Identify challenges and report them accordingly.
    • Report accurately on a daily basis.
    • Research and approach potential schools to secure booking.

    Reporting:

    CRM HTML Specialist

    Technical Competencies: 

    • Background in email marketing and HTML coding. 
    • Solid knowledge of HTML CSS coding 
    • Knowledge of bulk email tools like Everlytic and D365 (MS D365 will be advantageous).
