    Service Operations Team Leader

    Role Headline

    • Coordinates all Service operations and delivery activities and controls the execution. Implements rules and regulations and leads Service operations and delivery teams of professionals

    Responsibilities of the Role

    • Implements internal rules and regulation.
    • Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures.
    • Acts as first level escalation instance.
    • Provides suitable work environment and implements people management processes.
    • Coordinates Service operations and delivery activities and controls the execution according to the organizational guidelines.
    • Leads and/or coordinates a group of dedicated qualified professionals locally to achieve the targets set.
    • Prioritizes and assigns tasks to the team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows to ensure timely completion.
    • Responds to operations related enquiries, as an escalation point of contact.
    • Reports accurately and timely to accountable management.
    • Oversees and manages dedicated administrative support operations and processes with an assigned team (technical, sales support/administration, inside sales or e-commerce).
    • Prioritizes and assigns tasks to team members and monitors progress to ensure timely completion.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Relevant Diploma/Degree in general management, Supply chain Management
    • At least 3 years’ experience in management of people, process, and technology.
    • Good organizational and effective team leadership skills.
    • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams daily

    SCM Specialist Professional

    Role Headline

    • Analyzes and develops the elements of Procurement and/or Logistics processes, in order to achieve and implement highly efficient Procurement/Logistics standards within (an) assigned organization unit(s).

    Responsibilities Of The Role

    • Analyzes and constantly optimizes the organization´s processes to enhance performance.
    • Establishes, monitors, updates, and benchmarks metrics, and derives and proposes measures to improve.
    • Provides analyses as required by Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
    • Proposes and takes over responsibility for defined and assigned improvement projects.
    • Initiates and implements supplier improvement programs.
    • Establishes operational vendor relations, identifies and resolves vendor conflicts.
    • Establishes SCM oriented customer relations in order to meet customer expectations.
    • Cooperates with the internal Procurement, Controlling and Logistics functions to ensure acceptance of and adherence to SC processes, guidelines, and tools.
    • Analyses and completes Customs Declaration for all Imports and Exports
    • Communicates with external auditors in accordance with the superior.
    • Contributes to projects, work groups and the training of new employees in the area of expertise.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Warehousing / Logistics Degree or Degree
    • International Trade Relations (EU; China; Canada; USA; UK; India)
    • 3-5 years Customs/SARS declaration / SARS Cargowise / Warehousing / Inventory / Logistics will be advantageous.
    • Computer – Basic Excel & Word.
    • SAP Returns (RECO / PEGA)
    • SAP Spiridon IM & WM
    • NDS Drop Shipments
