    JAVA Developer

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work with a team of very technically strong individuals who deliver high quality solutions.
    • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
    • Able to demonstrate knowledge of critical thinking and problem solving.
    • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution
    • development, and proposed solutions.
    • Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code.
    • Debug existing source code and polish feature sets.

    Qualification requirement:

    Relevant IT qualification
    Experience and Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Java Developer role is essential.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in JAVA 8+ is essential.
    • Minimum 4 years of Bank experience is preferable.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microservices Architecture is a must.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in SpringBoot is a must.
    • At least 3 years of experience in Container Architecture : Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, or Rancher
    • is essential.
    • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working Relational Databases and/or NoSQL Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc.
    • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and ability to properly apply general design patterns
    • and paradigms.
    • Experience with test-driven development and domain driven development.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience with one or more of the following application frameworks:
      • Spring
      • Jakarta (EE)
    • Solid understanding of messaging protocol like SOAP and REST.
    • Experience with open-source relational database management system.
    • Knowledge of server application containers: Tomcat and Jetty, JBoss.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in libraries like Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, HTML and
    • CSS.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience with CI / CD servers (preferably Jenkins) and Artifact.
    • Management (preferably Nexus), ability to create and maintain sophisticated CI / CD pipelines
    • (preferably Jenkins)
    • Strong understanding of version control and related concepts and techniques and particularly Git.
    • Experience with appropriate unit testing frameworks (e.g. Junit, mockito).
    • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable with stubbing tools like wiremock and/or hoverfly.
    • Familiar with OAuth and SAML, preferably with an understanding of AD / LDAP / Kerberos as well.
    • Familiar with Docker, OpenShift or Rancher.
    • Experience with message Brokers: ActiveMQ will be advantageous.
    • Experience with Event Streaming: Kafka will be advantageous.
    • Experience with Event Driven Architecture will be advantageous.
    • Experience building cloud ready Applications : AWS will be advantageous.

    Account Executive

    Role Purpose

    The role of the Account Executive is to take full accountability for seeking new business
    prospects, as well as service, retain and grow existing clients (industry verticals) and
    therefore be responsible for the entire sales cycle. The Account Executive connects
    with prospects to craft product solutions, offer compelling sales pitches, lead demos,
    and close deals.The incumbent works closely with current and prospective customers
    as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and
    goals and offers solutions that will help them reach their business goals. The Account
    Executive leverage sales call best practices, team collab methods, selling tactics, and
    key tools to close deals quickly.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties

    • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance
    • metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing
    • accounts by seeking opportunities for upselling
    • Use your solution selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and
    • identify business potential in order to create a strategic, long-term partnership with
    • customers.
    • Accurately forecast and achieve revenue goals by selling Salesforce and other
    • software solutions within vertical markets.
    • Engage with prospect clients to position Salesforce and other solutions through
    • strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and
    • analyst data.
    • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face
    • meetings.
    • Collaborate with customers and internal consultants during project planning and
    • implementation toshare comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce and other
    • platforms and product suites.
    • Collaborate cross functionally internally to actualise deal strategy

    Qualification, Degree, Experience:

    • B.Comm Business Management / Marketing degree or similar.
    • Minimum 5+ years of new business development and account management
    • experience with proven track record of success in sales (i.e. achieving/exceeding
    • quota in recent sales positions) preferably within a software/ITC background.
    • Focussed, vertical (industry specific) experience and knowledge of the Salesforce
    • ecosystem will be advantageous.
    • Proven ability to work with an extended team to understand complex customer
    • requirements and craft custom solutions.
    • Ability to analyse customer issues, articulate comprehensive solutions, and craft
    • a plan of action.
    • Ability to negotiate (complex) deals.
    • Solution selling skills, including ability to articulate ROI, plan and close a deal –
    • ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform.
    • Proven relationship building and consulting skills with an ability to grow and
    • nurture relationships.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven to succeed; resilient and resourceful.

    Business Analyst

    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    • Perform Jira project admin, create and audit projects as well as ticket availability.
    • Document processes.
    • Audit work logs.
    • Track resource usage and capacity.
    • Manage and update templates used in projects
    • Create reports for management meetings 
    • Assist in refining and adjusting processes 
    • General assistance to project managers 
    • Assist Scrum Master and Product Owners to move work items forward 
    • Assist with blockers 
    • Attend project meetings with Senior Management
    • Ensure agile processes are followed
    • Frame and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to understand performance, identify issues, pinpoint root causes, and propose changes that can impact how the organisation connects with customers
    • Perform data analysis using analytical tools e.g. Tableau and Excel
    • Support the definition and improvement of key performance metrics
    • Develop strategies and solutions for data visualisation to enable the organisation to implement optimally
    • Lead multiple initiatives concurrently and maintain responsibility for project management, analysis, strategy development, implementation, training, and adoption
    • Investigate data issues, perform investigation analyses, propose and complete solutions
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements, improve process flows, participate in solution design and perform user acceptance testing
    • Develop presentations for leadership related to planning or performance
    • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Identify improvement opportunities related to process or system-based challenges

    Qualification and certification requirements:

    • Completed degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Relevant Salesforce certification is a requirement.

    Experience requirement:

    • Minimum 2 years experience in business analysis with business management systems or software development 
    • Demonstrated ability in business analysis and strategy formulation
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to unpack sophisticated thoughts and strategies into simple, valuable recommendations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong executive presence
    • Ability to influence, collaborate and work with a diverse multicultural group of software developers

    Saleforce Developer

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements
    • Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
    • Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing
    • Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution
    • Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required
    • May be required to be on call to provide support on a need-to basis
    • Analyse business reporting needs and create reports based on those needs
    • Develop new functionality and be able to determine when custom functionality is necessary and when out of the box functionality can be used
    • Generate workflows to simplify user experience with system

    Requirements:

    • Must have a disciplined, self-motivated work ethic
    • Proficient oral and written communications skills are a must to interact with the team
    • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing and support
    • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
    • Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
    • Ability to take ownership and deliver on time
    • Relevant IT Qualification
    • Preferably knowledge of Java, Python and/or C#
    • Experience with AWS or Salesforce will be an advantage
    • Experience with CRM software will be an advantage
