    Technician Control and Automation

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in our Manufacturing department.
    • We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience as a Technician : Control and Automation , which is based in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will report directly to the Packaging Engineer.

    Key Purpose

    Co-ordinate, coach and influence the activities of the level one maintenance teams in the production, processing and utilities environment and to provide specialist technical support and advice to ensure maximum equipment availability.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Key Outputs :

    •  Preventative maintenance work.

    Financial Planner : Logistics

    Job Description

    We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Financial Planner role, which is based in CCBSA Midrand.

    The key purpose of the role is to provide a high level of support, consolidation and monitoring of various management accounting processes to ensure that the information supplied can be used by senior management in the achievement of profit and productivity targets

    •  Monthly Fleet reporting preparation, overall control, presentation and submission of the consolidated Fleet function financials

    Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Financial Planner : Analytics, which is based in CCBSA, COF Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Manager.

    The primary purpose of this role is to Provide CCBSA with strong, integrated analytical insights that enables the delivery of CCBSA’s financial performance. Support operational line managers and finance teams to deliver the required outputs and ensure accurate and insightful financial reporting is provided within deadlines.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    •  Maintain and develop a high level of liaison with the Financial Controller which includes assistance with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and analysis.
    •  Maintain and develop a high level of liaison with the Finance Systems Controller in the development and implementation of analytical tools and reporting standardisation.
    •  Prepare and generate deep analytical insights on CCBSA’s financial performance. Particularly identifying the opportunities for operational execution.
    •  Generate integrated analytical insights:
    •  Make use of analytical methodology, trending and KPI’s as tools to generate insights;
    •  Generate analytical insights and identify opportunities for operational improvements; and
    •  Partner with managers to execute against identified cost saving initiatives.
    •  Translate overall analytical insights and analysis into detailed deliverables
    •  Preparation of trend analysis, side by side, internal and external benchmarking data. Detailed analysis of core functional costs to identify opportunities to reduce these costs.
    •  Provide a financial reporting service, including written analysis and commentaries on all financial reports, forecasts and plans.
    •  Ensure that all reports are accurate, variances are analysed and all deadlines met.
    •  Prepare and analyse month end reporting packs.
    •  To supply an advisory source, as well as collaboration with line managers, senior management and other staff, including, but not limited to ad-hoc financial reporting investigations, short-term and ongoing feasibility target assessments.
