    Internal Accounts Manager - Midrand

    • The role of the Internal Account Manager – Evar is to ensure that the sales process is managed from the initial enquiry through to delivery.  You are responsible for ensuring that all quotes are done timeously, orders processed, all queries dealt with and resolved with feedback to the partner.  You will be required to manage the team pipeline daily with regular updates given to stakeholders.
    • Internal Account Managers are responsible for communication specials, launches and events to the partners base and ensuring exposure of all our brands to the right partners. The Internal Account Manager – Evar will manage Rectron’s strategic partner base, the job requires that you form a strong partnership with an External Account Manager to drive key strategies and meet Rectron’s overachieving targets.

    Outputs and Responsibilities

    Customer Base

    • Managing the assigned customer base, building strong relationships and driving key product lines
    • Assisting with ALL customer enquiries when needed
    • Contact details to be updated on Customer Base and on ERP system
    • Managing the credit limit available and cover where needed.
    • Ensure that accounts are current and queries resolved
    • Signing up new customers that meet the criteria
    • Daily pipeline management

    Sales and Pipeline Management

    • Accurately process purchase orders on Rectron’s ERP system. Read customer requests carefully, ensuring that quotes are done quickly and accurately
    • Ensure month on month growth in partner base across all brands
    • Keep client updated on order status
    • Ensure that components processed are correct and compatible
    • Ensure that the team pipeline is accurately up to date and maintain pipeline coverage in order to achieve monthly sales targets
    • Work with the Rectron Product Management team to identify opportunities for growth across all Rectron brands

    Query Management

    • Should there be any queries on orders by partners, ensure that queries are raised with the correct department as quickly as possible and then providing all stakeholders with the necessary feedback

    Knowledge

    • Maintain a good level of knowledge across all Rectron product and solution offerings
    • Online training must be up to date and completed when required
    • Attending scheduled internal and external training sessions when needed (after 17:00 or weekends if needed)
    • Share knowledge within the team using internal tools

    Communications

    • Communicate in a clear and professional manner both internally and externally
    • Ensure that all quotes are responded to within the Rectron SLA time frame
    • Proactively communicate status updates to resellers, especially in times where there might be a delay in operations
    • Clear communications with internal stakeholders (Product Managers, Warehouse, Admin etc.)
    • Proactively keep your Sales Manager up to date with regards to your pipeline

    Product Manager - Midrand

    The main purpose of the job is to ensure growth by effective product planning, marketing and sales of the products.

    • Management of the product lifecycle, by gathering and prioritizing the product and customer requirements, defining the vision and working closely with suppliers, to deliver winning products and solutions to the market.
    • Effectively working in conjunction with sales, marketing, and technical support teams ensuring that customer satisfaction and revenue goals are met.
    • Ensure that all product and marketing efforts support Rectron’s overall strategy and goals.
    • Effectively communicating with the chosen supplier and ensuring that all requirements are met, and providing proper feedback to the sales team, finance, and marketing where applicable.
    • Take responsibility for recruiting customers to build up the customer base. By achieving this objective, you will be required to provide regular training for the sales team as well as customers on your product suite.
    • Ensure that you will be the largest contributor in terms of customer recruitment on your product line and will need to personally cement relationships with the bulk of your customer base.
    • Facilitate with marketing dept., for driving all go to market activities on your product line, within Rectron. (in accordance with Rectron’s full product offering, strategy and customer requirements) This includes PR, Advertising, Social media, relationship building activities, Trade marketing and direct communication where necessary.
    • Enthusiasm in spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. In conjunction with this is it your prerogative to spend time understanding industry trends and key developments.
    • Understanding the competitive market, both supplier and Rectron competitors with regards to pricing, unique selling points, differentiators etc.

    RCT Cloud Solutions Sales Specialist - Milnerton

    • The purpose of the solution sales specialist at Rectron is to drive sales of Rectron’s key cloud and software brands. The individual will be responsible for actively finding new resellers and sales to existing resellers. This role also serves as the quote desk for the RCT-Cloud team. With the business focusing heavily on driving cloud business, it is also imperative that the individual proactively manages the recurring and renewals pipeline. To successfully accomplish the job, the individual will be required to complete training regularly using available training portals.

    Education, Skills and Experience

    Education/Qualification

    • Minimum: Matric
    • Technical or business degree or diploma an advantage
    • Completion of certified Microsoft, Bitdefender, or Acronis exams as detailed below an advantage

    • 3+ years in an internal sales environment

      • Tracking on new leads for new lines of business

    • Provide a quarterly report to manager on all completed training
