This role is an opportunity to become a B2B business development expert and get exposure to the world of FinTech. You’ll play a key role in executing the Go-to-Market strategy of a high growth FinTech SaaS company. We’ll provide you with a world class training programme, the best sales tools and outbound technology. In this role you'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to target accounts (large enterprise companies), creating highly personalised messaging, engaging key decision makers via phone and email, and qualifying high value opportunities.
Requirements
University degree (in any field)
6 months - 3 years experience in a sales role (ideally involving outbound prospecting)
Comfortable reaching out to decision makers across channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone
Excellent verbal and written english communication skills
Strong interest in the world of tech
High levels of motivation and enthusiasm
The following skills would be advantageous but are not essential:
Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
SalesLoft, Outreach or similar

This role is an opportunity to take ownership of Delta-v’s sales delivery function. You’ll get to build and manage high-performing Sales Development teams for multiple international SaaS companies and get exposure to a range of sales motions. You’ll learn how to apply our internal methodology for hiring, training and coaching sales teams that consistently outperform. As we grow, your role will evolve into managing the managers who lead the various teams.
About the role
You'll be responsible for building and managing the SDR / BDR teams that we build for our customers. This will include:
Hiring, coaching and managing teams of Sales Development / Business Development Reps
Developing the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
Reporting on team and individual results
Identifying and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Technology and Sales Craft
Requirements
Essential skills and experience that you’ll bring to the role:
University degree
5+ years B2B sales experience, selling complex services or products (ideally software)
2+ years experience managing a sales team of junior sales people
2+ years outbound sales experience that’s included cold calling
Consistent track record of achieving quota/sales targets in previous sales roles where you were an individual contributor
Constant focus on learning and improving your sales skills (you should be a sales nerd)
The following skills would be advantageous but are not essential:
Experience using tools and software such as Outreach or SalesLoft
Previous experience in FinTech, EdTech, SaaS, or AI environments

About the role
You'll be responsible for our overall delivery function which is focussed on building and managing the SDR teams that we build for our customers. This will include:
Taking ownership of Delta-v's delivery function, and building a well run machine that consistently drives great outcomes for our customers
Hiring, coaching and managing teams of Sales Development Consultants
Developing the skills and competency of your direct reports
Developing robust management and reporting processes
Taking ownership go-to-market strategy for the teams you manage
Taking ownership of Delta-v's new customer onboarding and customer success function
Requirements
Essential skills and experience that you’ll bring to the role:
University degree
5+ years work experience in B2B environments
2+ years experience managing a customer facing team (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, or Consulting)
Experience in the sale or delivery of complex B2B products or services
Strong process and project management skills
Constant focus on learning and improving your professional skills
