    Inventory Clerk

    Stock Planning

    • Check depot days of cover daily and communicate with Planning if required 
    • Report all stock outs to depot, sales and Planning 
    • Liaise with planning to resolve stock issues  
    • Reduce write-offs and losses to a minimum. 
    • Ensure optimal stock availability and stock rotation 

    Stock Take Procedures  

    • Participate and assist in inventory counts as prescribed in company policies and procedures 

    Issuing and receiving stock 

    • Assist with issuing and receiving of primary and secondary distribution shipments on SAP when required 

    Customer Service 

    • Maintain highest possible level of customer service. (Internal and external) 
    • Ensure customer complaints are solved swiftly and efficiently. 

    Risk Control 

    • Manage stock movements and documentation in accordance with the ICC and Internal/External Audit controls. 
    • Ensure that stacking heights are maintained. 
    • Risk Audits Conducted 

    Quality Control 

    • Ensure routine Quality Control inspections in Distribution Centre. 
    • Ensure quality control checks on receipt of stock and before despatch of stock 
    • Ensure FIFO principle is applied to stock movements by printing bin pulling sheets for warehouse 
    • Adherence to stock age policy, ensure that all concessions are raised and approved 
    • Assist in administering the execution of the product recall process at site level 
    • Frozen stock must be physically isolated on floor  
    • Monitor outer packaging quality 

    Route settlement corrections 

    • Process customer and driver corrections as required 
    • Assign variance reasons to all driver and customer corrections 
    • Check all Route Settlement Corrections invoices have been recorded in register and sent to customers for signature 
    • Track and resolve missing and unsigned invoices within the specified timeframe 

    Routine Administration 

    • Capture missing broken and foreign survey data 
    • Generate and archive stock age concessions and link to shipments that are received out of specification 
    • Ensure all invoice queries from customers and transporters are resolved 
    • Reporting on missing documents and errors found  
    • Quality Audits Conducted 

    Audit Adherence 

    • Understanding, implementation and adherene to Internal Control Measures such as:  
    • ICC’s  
    • ISO requirements 
    • Operations Excellence

    Machine Operator

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Preparation of pumps, filters and pipe lines.
    • Tank reading and sampling as required.

    RTD Manager

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Leads and manages the RTD processing environment safely, executes strategic plans (business /  site / departmental plan) alignment, achieve efficient and effective /productivity from all Cellar Operations. 
    • Responsible for intake, handling, fermentation, blending, processing and supply of various ciders, wines RTD, spirits and aperitif products.
    • Deliver First Time Right & Cellars Hygiene ICC scores consistently through world class best practices.   
    • Supply the correct quality and quantity bulk product within required specifications timeously in the most cost-effective manner. 
    • Manage short- and long-term planning of bulk products from both internal and external suppliers.
    • Minimise losses of bulk product, drive savings projects and continuously implement World Class Best practices e.g. TPM, through  optimized SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)/WI (Work Instructions).
    • Owns the accountability of training, development, skilling and continuously improving teams competence and capability.
    • Manage, plan, control and achieve annual budgets for various units in the Cellar and ensure proper stock controls are in place as per policy / procedures. 
    • Ensure adherence to the annual maintenance plan of all equipment within department. 
    • Management of quality management systems for ISO 9001, FSSC, HACCP within Heineken Beverages framework
    • Ensure and maintain the integrity of the sensory and organoleptic profile of products.
    • Participates regularly in cross functional interactions /problem-solving with other departments to ensure production plan is adhered to optimization opportunities are harvested.
    • Liaising with buying departments to ensure the correct product ingredients and lead times are adhered to.
    • Establish a positive and disciplined environment with the workers and manage all HR issues (including people performance) within the department.

    Key Responsibilites:

    Destination Vision and Strategy

    • Develop the vision for the destination and lead the implementation of the strategy.
    • Manage any Capex project.

    Education & Experience:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification.

    Sales Manager: Gauteng On Premise (Pretoria)

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    Strategic

    • Work with the National Channel Teams to deliver a Premium Portfolio customer approach, leveraging the entire HEINEKEN Beverages portfolio to drive availability in outlet
    • Develop regional on trade premium plan, with the Regional Channel Manager
    • Develop a pathway with a focus on local bigness areas
    • Work with the Regional On Trade KAM to identify and contract key customers and their activations
    • Review and approve territory plans developed by the on trade specialists

    Temp Accounts Payable Clerk - Sandton

    Main Responsibilities :

    • Invoice processing – Readsoft/SAP and Coupa
    • Perform transactional processing and administrative support of the Accounts Payable function, which include:
    • Verification of Invoice data to PO information
    • Processing invoices through ReadSoft Process Director/SAP ERP
    • Monitor and manage documents in Error in PD for AP and Coupa

    Quality Controller

    Key Performance Indicators would include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintain comprehensive quality control / assurance programme for the Intrinsic & Extrinsic laboratory.
