    Minimum Qualifications:

    Key Tasks

    • Capital Projects Facilitation
    • Implementation of material and information flow improvement projects that are managed through the company ERP system.
    • Project manage key capital changes initiatives including facility layouts and equipment specification to commissioning
    • Project manage key improvement change initiatives including lean improvements linked to bottom line results
    • Facilitation of training, waste reduction, OEE improvements and 5s standardization
    • Draw up and facilitate the implementation of CAPEX projects
    • Evaluate routing accuracy and run production implementation
    • Project manage key capital facility projects from specifying the scope to commissioning
    • Project manage key equipment specification, engineering for procurement, installation and commissioning
    • Accountable for the successful completion of capital projects
    • Liaise with internal / external customer in order to resolve problems identified
    • Execution of key CI projects as part of CI facilitator’s CI strategy. Inclusive of:
    • Facilitation of Kaizen activities
    • Value stream mapping / error proofing / cost management / problem solving
    • Management of routing / cost
    • Execution of key technical engineering design task
    • Engineering for manufacture
    • Design engineering
    • Facilities / plant engineering
    • Coordination of a team running a project
    • Quality of output

    Bookkeeper

    • Responsible for all creditors/suppliers and managing of creditors on Sage Pastel,
    • Preparation of all month end accounts and requisitions for payments.
    • Daily Allocation of creditors paid the previous day before as per Bank Statement provided by Finance.
    • Request payments section of bank accounts daily.
    • Responsible for all month end statements to suppliers.
    • Ensure supplier statement and our account statement tie up (balance)
    • Handle all telephonic queries in respect of payments made and payments due.
    • Negotiate credit terms with suppliers (preferred)
    • Balance creditors ledger monthly according to system and supplier statement received.
    • Ensure system is accurate in terms of due dates
    • Ensure all suppliers details are captured correctly on our system including VAT numbers as well as correct contact Person and contact numbers
    • Ensure all suppliers files are up to date and in order of date with correct paperwork in preparation for the auditors.
    • Creditors ledger to be sent to management 1 week before month end (every month)
