    Team Lead: Sales

    Introduction
    An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Short Term Insurance Sales Team Leader to join our Dial Direct business. The successful incumbent will drive and motivate the Dial Direct Short Term Insurance sales team to achieve business strategic and tactical targets.

    Specification

    • Implement, drive and monitor group strategy and operational efficiency through team members and systems to achieve sales targets and results, these include:
    • Service Quality Assurance
    • Adherence
    • Absenteeism
    • Sales Ratios
    • Campaign Management (contact-ability, reinstatement ratios and successful collections)
    • Email response times
    • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by coaching, monitoring and measuring in order to achieve customer results within the sales team.
    • Effectively lead, manage and align the team through the agreed methodologies and framework.
    • Responsible for all aspects of staff resourcing, succession planning, management and development ensuring the right people are in place to support service delivery, achieving production and performance targets at all times.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships (internal and/or external) through networking and connecting.
    • Investigate and explore innovative methods in which to lead, optimise and develop team and business through people, systems and processes.
    • Responsible for all aspects of staff resourcing, succession planning, management and development ensuring the right people are in place to support service delivery, achieving production and performance targets at all times.

    Requirements

    • Matric (essential)
    • RE & FAIS qualification (essential)
    • 2-3 years’ experience managing a short term insurance sales team (essential)
    • 3-5 years insurance call center experience (essential)
    • Proven sales track record (essential)
    • Diploma in Sales/Marketing Management (Advantageous)
    • Experience working in AS400 (Advantageous)

    Claims Processing Consultant

    Introduction:

    • The Claims Processing Consultant in Auto&General will contribute to the organisational goals by processing already-captured claims efficiently and accurately through drawing on the relevant criteria to ensure standardisation across the organisation to enable decision making on a claim.

    Specification

    • Use appropriate tools (ITC, supplier contract and/or negotiation) to accurately cost applicable claims on a day to day basis.
    • Make decisions according to established criteria to ensure standardisation across the organisation by accurately administrating and underwriting claims.
    • Remain up to date current and new product knowledge to enable effective decision making.
    • Ensure claims are finalised within the set parameters (turnaround time, terms and conditions applied accurately).
    • Ensure regular feedback to services department and other stakeholders, as determined by the company and/or customer requirements to ensure customer receives appropriate feedback from the services department.
    • Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others
    • Deliver on Treating Customers Fairly principles in alignment with regulatory requirements

    Education

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent*
    • Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) competency requirements**: FAIS recognized qualifications / Regulatory Examinations / Class of Business Certification and / or CPD according to your DOFA (where applicable)

    Desirable

    • Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent* with University Entrance (NQF4)
    • Degree/Diploma related to Financial Industry*

    Essential

    • 1 to 3 years Claims Experience
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service environment

    • The Direct Marketing Campaign Manager contributes to the organisational goals by ensuring the effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets, with a clear focus on acquisition, cross sell and client retention.

    Campaign Development and Implementation

    • Define, implement and maintain a suitable campaign methodology to ensure efficient campaign execution in line with marketing plans.
