    • We are looking for a message whisperer to effectively deliver content and communication for our in-house agency. If you are as content and copy obsessed as we are and want to become part of a network of young professionals destroying boundaries, then this is the role for you!

    The detail:

    • The creative side.
    • Work with senior copywriter to create and adapt each campaigns copy requirements
    • Writing and proofreading content
    • Creating promotional content for online ads, banners, social networks etc.
    • Create concise, engaging and on-brand social media content
    • Write tailored, audience-focused copy
    • Replaying all work to senior copywriter for edits and making required revisions
    • Understand SEO best practices
    • Collaborating with the team to understand how copy is performing and using that insight to refine future copy
    • Identify trends and opportunities for innovation
    • Research brands and market trends to develop relevant concepts
    • Manage multiple projects at once
    • Communicate. Collaborate.
    • Effectively articulate and support design based on the brief and agreed strategy.
    • Work in close collaboration with relevant game-changers to provide creative content and solutions, meet brand strategic requirements, and articulate in the correct brand voice.
    • Liaise with stakeholders regarding design requirements, progress, rationale and creative ideas. Change is constant.
    • Juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules.

    Requirements
    Are you this person?

    • Are you in possession of a Diploma in Marketing Management/English/Communications? With a focus on Digital, Copywriting, PR, Brand Strategy, or Journalism?
    • Do you have 2-4 years’ experience in a copywriting/content management or similar role?
    • Are you experienced in the world of Digital Marketing? (We’re talking Social Media, SEO, Adwords – the whole shebang!)

    Business Development Manager - Durban

    Description

    Your role is pivotal, encompassing effective leadership, strategic planning, and insightful market analysis. Join us in a dynamic journey where you'll be a key player in expanding customer loyalty, optimizing account performance, and contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of our business.

    Leadership and Strategy

    • Lead and motivate the sales team for enhanced customer service.
    • Craft and execute strategic plans tailored to the unique dynamics of the designated business area.
    • Formulate and promote specific sales goals and targets.
    • Conduct regular meetings to evaluate team performance and contribute to forecasts.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Develop and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster and expand customer loyalty.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, upsell opportunities, and expand accounts.
    • Establishing an efficient onboarding process for clients.
    • Providing after-sales support, including upfront training.

    Market Analysis and Sales Projection

    • Analyse costs, competition, and local supply and demand factors to determine optimal selling prices.
    • Project sales volume and profit for both existing and new products.
    • Establish a tailored sales training program for new employees.

    Requirements

    Knowledge, skills and attributes:

    • Energetic self-starter, commercially savvy, a problem solver, and an enthusiastic team player.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong stakeholder management. 

    Education and training:

    • Relevant qualification in business administration or commerce advantageous. 

    Experience:

    • At least 4 years’ experience in assigned business area.
    • Preferably with exposure to technical aspects of business: interaction with 3rd party lead generators and advertising platforms, automated feeds, online marketing, social media etc.
    • Solid, working knowledge (intermediate to advanced) of MS Office packages.
