    Job Description

    • Understand business and talent strategy, translate it into challenges and opportunities for leaders to grow.
    • Shape and build  leadership development framework for all career level leaders
    • Design and implement Leadership Development curriculum and programs to achieve talent strategy and strengthen leadership pipeline

    Maintenance and Reliability Senior Manager

    Job Description

    A Senior Manager leads and manages multiple strategic/large projects independently. The position holder will be working under the supervision of the Principal/Head of Practice, to set up, lead and complete complex projects in terms of size, sites and scope autonomously towards project goals and client satisfaction.
