    Personal Assistant/ Administrator

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric.
    • Beneficial: Tertiary qualification in Administration or similar.
    • Essential: MS Office Suite.
    • Essential: Previous experience with quoting, invoicing, and general administration.
    • Essential: Own Vehicle and valid Driver’s License. 

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Offer administrative assistance to the management team, encompassing calendar management, email communication, and coordination of meetings.
    • Aid in project management duties, such as keeping track of project schedules, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring on-time completion of project deliverables.
    • Manage diverse office responsibilities, such as answering phone calls, overseeing office supplies, and organizing files and documents.
    • Support company executives with personal tasks, including arranging travel, tracking expenses, and handling other miscellaneous requests as needed.

    Payroll and Administration Assistant

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric (Business Studies as a subject would be advantageous)
    • Beneficial: Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
    • Proficiency in basic mathematics.
    • Vehicle and valid Driver License.
    • 1 year experience within a similar position.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Complete PAYE registration processes for clients.
    • Assist in UIF registration procedures.
    • Support in WCC registration tasks.
    • Compile and pull payroll reports for auditing purposes.
    • Execute basic payroll processing tasks.
    • Aid in EMP201 and EMP501 submissions.
    • Assist in ROE (Remuneration of Employees) submissions.
    • Follow up on outstanding annual return payments.
    • Scan and organise trust files efficiently.
    • Perform general administrative functions as needed.
    • Collaborate closely with the payroll administrator, secretarial officer, and deceased administrator to ensure smooth operations.
    • Act as a right-hand assistant to the deceased administrator, particularly during the startup phase of the Deceased Estates division.
