    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct needs analysis, understanding the client’s requirements so you able to offer the customer the best product for them.

    Head Of Facilities Management - Umhlanga

    Job Responsibilities

    People Management

    • Management of a team of facilities staff (front of house and cleaning colleagues)

    Facilities Maintenance

    • Manage the Facilities Management team to ensure maintenance and repair of office facilities, including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems takes place as necessary.
    • Coordinate regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment, ensuring health and safety compliance
    • Developing the facilities function – implementing best practise, improving cost efficiencies and creating quicker, consistent project turn arounds for client’s requirements.

    Space Planning

    • Plan and optimize office space to accommodate the needs of employees, departments, and teams.
    • Maintain accurate records of office layouts, seating arrangements, and room allocations.
    • Coordinate office relocations/ new site launches and renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

    Physical Security

    • Manage the physical security requirements ensuring that compliance is maintained at all times in line with ISO27001 and PCIDSS

    Vendor and Contractor Management

    • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
    • Obtain quotes and ensure cost-effective services for facility maintenance and improvements.

     Facilities Administration and Management

    • Maintain inventory and ordering of office supplies and equipment.
    • Coordinate equipment repairs or replacements as needed.
    • Maintain records related to facility management, including maintenance logs and safety documentation.
    • Manage site transportation.

    Budget Management

    • Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
    • Monitor expenses related to maintenance, utilities, and services.

    Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

    • Be the Section 16.2 Responsible Person for health and safety for all South African sites.
    • Create and maintain a safe working environment – delivering training to ensure operational teams comply with health and safety regulations, reinforcing a safe and positive working environment and ensuring that the OHS Manual is maintained.

    Environmental Sustainability

    • Implement and manage sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of the facility.
    • Monitor and report on energy consumption, waste management, and sustainable practices.

    Communication and Reporting

    • Work at a senior level to support the demands of a busy operation, managing communications with Directors and senior leaders.
    • Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding facility-related concerns.
    • Prepare regular reports on facilities' performance, costs, and improvements. 

    Essential Skills

    • Proven management experience of working within a senior level Head of Facilities Management role
    • Health & Safety experience
    • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
    • Proficiency in maintaining operational budgets and resource management

    Desirable Skills

    • Experience of working in a contact centre environment

    Fraud Claims Adviser - Durban

    Job Responsibilities:

    • You will always make sure, that the customer’s interest comes first, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
    • You’ll have experience in both outbound and inbound calls, as well as experience of running cases from start to finish.
    •  It is important to engage and communicate effectively, ensuring their complaint is resolved in a timely manner.
    • You will be required to investigate cases of potential misinterpretation, fraudulent activity on policies, were there is a possibility/possible quote manipulation has been suspected and confirm if policies are correct, Update details and make adjustments or cancellations. 

    Job Requirements:

    • Matric/NQF 4
    • Strong Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel and Power - Point.
    • High level Customer Service Skills 
    • Previous experience within the contact centre/insurance industry beneficial

    Experience Required:

    • Previous experience in a complaint handling role, ideally with experience in early resolutions
    • Extensive experience in handling fraudulent claims will be advantageous
    • Previous complaint handling experience within an FCA regulated business is ideal.
    • Experience taking both outbound and inbound calls.
    • Experience of closing cases.
    • Full complaint handling cycle experience is essential.
    • Passionate about providing the best resolution for the customer

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Experience/exposure to UK customers
