Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant Honours Degree in any of the following: Business Management, Human Resources Management; Public Administration Management or similar qualification at NQF level 7 or higher.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Corporate Services environment of which 5 years must have been served at a senior managerial level. (Local government and bus industry exposure will serve as an advantage).

• Leading facilitation and implementation of organisational Change Management and Organisational Design development in the company.

• Contribution to Strategic Management processes
• Departmental management.
• Employment Equity management.
• Contract Management.
• Implement control systems within the Department, which minimise potential risk to stakeholders.
• Manage Organisational structuring and alignment processes and projects for Metrobus.
• Manage compliance with agreed budgets in consultation with the Managing Director and ensure that costs are contained.
• Lead participate in consultation, negotiations with employee representatives i.e. Organised Labour.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Postgraduate Degree (SAQA NQF LEVEL 8) in Information and Communication Technology, An MBA qualification WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in information and Communication technology (ICT); (5 years of which must be at a senior management level).
• Knowledge of and experience in the public bus transportation industry AND
• REGISTRATION WITH PROFESIONAL BODIES WILL SERVE AS AN ADVANTAGE will serve as an added advantage.

Qualifications knowledge and Experience:

• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent at NQF level 4.
• Valid Driver’s License Code C; EC1/ 04; EC.
• Minimum of 3 years functional experience of which 6 months must be on utilization of breakdown tools and equipment.

Key performance areas

• Breakdown/ Towing services.
• Take calls for break down assistance requirements and ascertain the problem and location of the caller.
• Investigate the car damage and diagnose problem.
• Perform minor repair services e.g. reconnect parts, test and attempt to jump start a dead battery, inflate and change tyre, replace spark plug and connect loose wires.
• Strap and connect bus to the tow truck and transport to the required destination.
• Follow up with team regularly to provide status updates, as well as estimated time of arrivals to the destination.
• Dismantle damaged buses to salvage parts, using such hand tools.
• Remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged buses to prepare for towing.
• Maintain tow trucks and other equipment. 
• Report on break down activities and update files.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in auditing, risk management and or forensic investigations.
• A minimum of 8-10 years industry experience (5 years of which must-be at a senior management level).
• REGISTRATION WITH RELEVANT PROFESIONAL BODIES WILL SERVE AS AN ADVANTAGE.
