    Junior New Business Consultant (JHB North)

    Job Role: 

    • To identify, engage and sign new merchant, retail and distribution partners for Flash and 1Voucher, building a strong new business pipeline that drives incremental revenue growth across the group’s value-added services and voucher distribution network. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and prospect new potential merchant and distribution partners for Flash and 1Voucher within an assigned sector or territory. 
    • Build and maintain a strong new business pipeline, tracking progress from initial lead through to signed agreement. 
    • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and pitch presentations to prospective partners. 
    • Support the negotiation of commercial terms and contracts under the guidance of the New Business Development Manager. 
    • Conduct due diligence and basic risk assessments on prospective partners prior to onboarding. 
    • Collaborate with legal, finance and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding. 
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects and deal status on the CRM system. 
    • Keep abreast of competitor activity and market trends within the VAS and voucher distribution space. 
    • Assist in the preparation of new business reports and pipeline updates for management.
    • Shadow and support the New Business Development Manager on strategic deals to build negotiation and partner management experience. 

    Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12 (essential); a relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (advantageous). 
    • 1 – 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within fintech, telecoms or retail. 
    • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport. 

    Required Knowledge / Technical Skills:

    • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/pipeline tracking tools (Required). 
    • Understanding of the South African VAS, prepaid airtime and voucher distribution landscape (Preferred). 
    • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to read and interpret basic commercial agreements (Preferred).

    Senior Financial Analyst (Western Cape)

    Job Role: 

    • To lead divisional financial analysis, commercial modelling, and strategic planning across Flash Group’s payments and value-added services portfolio, translating complex commercial structures into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, margin optimisation, and operational performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the division’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and three-year strategic planning process in collaboration with divisional management, continuously monitoring performance against targets and reforecasting as required.
    • Determine, negotiate, and manage downstream commercial structures and settlement terms for partners
    • Evaluate and structure upstream commercial terms for new product and service acquisitions.
    • Conduct granular commercial agreement modelling, breaking down complex multi-party arrangements into component-level economics to analyse and optimise terms, margins, and profitability.
    • Prepare and present investment cases, product viability assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to the Director and Executive Team, supporting strategic decision-making on new initiatives and partnerships.
    • Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI frameworks, ensuring accuracy and integrity of divisional data, and translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations for management.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • CA(SA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

    • 7+ years post-articles experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing or mentoring junior analysts.
    • Demonstrable experience in payments, fintech, or digital services industries (preferred).
    • Working knowledge of databases for large-scale data analysis.
    • Experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualisation tools (preferred).

    Required Knowledge / Technical Skills:

    • Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis (Required)

    Marketing Account Manager (Western Cape)

    Job Role: 

    • Drive all brand and marketing activities for Flash products and services within owned and/or partner channels.

    Responsibilities:

    Marketing strategy and planning

    • Develop and execute the cellular division marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets.
    • Identify and prioritise commercial marketing opportunities.
    • Build integrated go-to-market plans across channels.

    Campaign development and execution

    • Own end-to-end campaign execution.

    Area Growth Manager (Kuruman) (Northern Cape)

    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Growing the Flash footprint in the area through all Sales Channels assigned to the sales team
    • To increase the growth of Flash device sales into the market - in turn growing the turnover in the region. Increase overall turnover of all devices and payment channels in line with the department’s strategy and targets.
    • To increase the acquiring base and turnover by maintaining a high adoption rate when placing Flash devices.
    • Ensure training of all flash products are done at the stores during every visit
    • Manage relationships and maintaining a 100% Red Flag completed calls within the sector to decrease churn.
