    Learnership: NQF3 - Packaging (Springs)

    At the completion of the programme, the learner would be able to demonstrate understanding and be competent in the:

    Operation of the following processes:

    • Filling and date coding
    • Sealing
    • Packing and Unpacking

    Labelling

    • First-line maintenance
    • Perform problem-solving using problem-solving techniques and methods
    • Applying health and safety regulations
    • Quality control of all above-mentioned processes

    The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

    • Minimum qualification of Matric/Grade 12 or relevant N qualifications.
    • Preference will be given to applicants with a tertiary qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
    • Technical orientation and ability.
    •  Display a strong ability to act, initiate and focus on technical/mechanical tasks.

    Temp Events Manager - Libertas Parva

    Purpose of the Position:

    To be the leading authority in Event & Sponsorship Management, creating aspirational and memorable consumer experiences that will engage consumers at the point of consumption.

    Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:

    • Planning and managing the execution of events and sponsorships from conception through to staging and ensuring that the event and sponsorship rights deliver against set brand objectives
    • Liaise with various role-players; attend events for set-up /strike-off and facilitate the smooth execution of the event
    • Liaise with various role-players to deliver on rights associated with sponsorship agreements 
    • Work closely with relevant brand teams on all event briefs, and implementation and present post-event evaluations/ reports
    • Planning and arranging of POS and ROI needed for events

    • Develop and prepare an annual event calendar liaising with relevant brand teams

    • Event Budget Management – ensure that all cost estimates and invoices are processed

    The successful candidate must preferably have the following experience/skills:

    • Appropriate tertiary qualification – degree/diploma
    • 3-5 years of events & Sponsorship management experience
    • Decision-making and project management skills
    • Must be Creative, innovative and self-driven 
    • Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic SAP Knowledge
    • Sound presentation skills and time management

    Artisan (Mechanical/Millwright) - Wadeville

    Applications are invited to for the above-mentioned position in the Engineering Department: Electrical and Mechanical based at Supply Chain Plant in Wadeville Johannesburg. The successful incumbent will report to the Maintenance Foreman.

    Purpose of the Position:

    • To maintain all equipment to optimize availability of equipment and give assistance with the co-ordination of line activities to meet the Utilities and Site Service needs. 
    • Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
    • Maintaining machinery and equipment on the site per required standard.
    • Adherence to Planned and Preventative maintenance schedules
    • Knowledge on air Compressors, Nh3 Plant, Water Plant and Steam Boiler

    • Experience in a high speed, high-tech bottling operation will be advantageous
    • Completed apprenticeship with recognized Institution i.e. was registered as an apprentice
    • More than 2-3 years relevant practical experience

    Maintenance Team Leader - Wadeville

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Attaining production plan.
    • Adherence to maintenance.
    • Reducing unplanned downtime.
    • Minimising losses and write-offs.
    • Improve OEE. (Overall Equipment Efficiency).

    • Ability to assist Production Controllers with problem solving on the production machines and equipment
