Your key responsibilities

• You’ll be heavily involved at all stages of the project life cycle, making this a high-profile opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities and diversify your skills and experience.

The key responsibilities of the D365 CE Developer include:

• Deep understanding and experience using the MS D365 CE platform;
• Practical experience in translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the D365 CE platform capabilities;
• Ability to independently lead technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with current business objectives and the application landscape;
• Document, develop and test working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of D365 CE applications
• Demonstrable ability to leverage standard D365 features and ability to identify conditions when D365 should be customized. Ability to successfully communicate this information to both the clients and technical stakeholders;
• Design and develop D365 components and third party integrations in accordance with EY and MS standards;

• Experience in building custom applications, modifications, integrations, data conversion routines, workflows, and custom reports for D365

Your key responsibilities:

• Adhere to EY's learning design processes for timely, budget-conscious, and quality-defined creation of learning assets and programs.
• Outline and document learning solutions, securing approvals from SMEs, client project leads and content owners. Identify usable existing materials for integration into the learning journey.
• Determine learning objectives that meet EY quality standards.
• Create design specifications using standard templates to align objectives with assessments, practice, presentation, overviews, integration, and motivation elements.

To qualify for the role, you must have: 

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in designing courses and other learning items. 
• Demonstrable experience in designing effective eLearning experiences, facilitator, and participant guides (for the physical and virtual classroom), online and classroom simulations, video, and audio media. 
• Experience designing eLearning that is accessible to people with disabilities.  
• Experience with web-based applications and one or more learning management systems is desired. 
• Demonstrable experience using Articulate Storyline or similar course authoring programs is highly desired but not required. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. 
• Proven track record in establishing and sustaining strong client relationships.
• Demonstrable experience working in fast-paced, stressful environments to deliver required results. 
• Demonstrable experience designing learning for mobile delivery is preferred but not required.
