    Property Operations Administrator

    Work Experience:

    • Manage available property adverts.
    • Manage the new tenants process – vetting
    • Do all administration of the lease agreements.
    • Keep all signed lease documents electronically filed.
    • Manage the monthly rental spreadsheet – keep it current and advise finance to raise the rental invoices
    • Check rental invoices or any deposits against the spreadsheet.
    • Manage the exit process of tenants leaving
    • Manage and coordinate and get approval for all maintenance.
    • Keep record of maintenance.
    • Emergency maintenance is 24 hours a day 365 days a year. (Burst geysers, gate motor, no electricity and no water.)
    • Negotiate and manage the insurance renewal and amendments
    • Handle all insurance related claims and the repair/replacement work for Private insurance
    • Handle all communication and paperwork with the claims department.
    • Manage and arrange for the annual pest control for different properties
    • Send notices to all tenants via WhatsApp and pamphlets placed under doors.
    • Manage and arrange for the fire equipment service once a year to ensure fire insurance is in place.
    • Ensure that all occupied units purchase electricity monthly.
    • This must be managed with the monthly collection sheet sent by CitiQ.
    • Manage recoveries of electricity and ensure there are no losses.
    • Manage accounts receivable twice a month.
    • Send letters and WhatsApp notices to defaulting tenants giving them 20 days to pay.
    • If payment not received, start eviction process.
    • Monthly site visits with written feedback reports.
    • Manage lease agreement escalations and update the spreadsheet and send it to Brighton to raise invoices.
    • Check that the invoices are raised correctly.
    • Manage the lease agreements renewal and expiry for all tenants 6 months before they become due.
    • Send new proposed rates and terms and negotiate the process.
    • Complete and send all documentation for new leases and lease renewals.
    • Manage accounts receivable according to the lease agreement.
    • Manage the consumables.
    • Create spreadsheets to make it easier and to manage the cost per item and the use per item.
    • Manage recoveries of electricity and ensure there are no losses.
    • Liaise with Finance Department to update the spreadsheet and check recoveries
    • Monthly site visits with written feedback reports
    • Knowledgeable in all key legislation as it applies to the property environment e.g. SAPOA
    • Knowledge and understanding of SARS compliancy requirements (Tax Clearance Certificates, VAT etc.)
    • Own reliable vehicle will be an added advantage
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Ability to work over weekends as and when required

    Shift Boss - Middelburg

    Duties and Requirements

    • Underground coal mine with minimum of 2 yrs working experience as a shift boss or minimum of 5yrs experience as a miner
    • Able to carry legal liability in accordance with MHSA for 2.15.1 appointment

    Junior Information Security Analyst

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Administer and monitor email content filtering management solutions in the environment.
    • Administer and monitor the firewall management solutions utilised in the environment. 
    • Administer and monitor anti-malware management solutions utilised in the environment. 
    • Provide second-line support to the company users with regards to information security related incidents within the agreed-upon service level agreement (SLA) timeframe. 
    • Proactively identify vulnerabilities in the environment and drive the remediation thereof of security related issues, audit findings, risks and vulnerabilities by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and technical teams. 
    • Offer information security advisory services to relevant stakeholders e.g. during the planning and implementation of technological solutions in the environment. 
    • Administer and maintain the electronic certificates for relevant servers. 
    • Ensures that all security breaches identified are promptly and thoroughly investigated and remediated. 
    • Review the information security policy, procedures, standards and guidelines, where applicable. 
    • Ensure overall administration of security operations and solutions on all other security related solutions within the company environment. 
    • Provide any other relevant information security services to the company as requested from 
    • time-to-time by the senior management.

    Requirements:

    • IT-related qualification and certification in the information security field (e.g., Security+, CEH).
    • Security field certification
    • Must have three years’ experience or more in six out of the 10 security domains namely: vulnerability management, application security, firewall systems, anti virus systems, access management, intrusion detection systems, encryption software, patch management, web content filtering and email content filtering

    Manager: Skills Planning and Research (6 Months)

    Duties and responsibilities: 

    • Develop the SSP consistent with the official scope of coverage of the company and review and update the SSP annually. 
    • Manage and lead the development and implementation of the company Research Agenda and programme by developing innovative research approaches, activities and methodologies.  
    • Leading all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research including study design and tool development to identify and manage research projects that enhance skills development in the sector. 
    • Manage and monitor the development and evaluation of Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs) in the Public Service Sector, to facilitate how organizations will address skills 
    • development and training requirements within the working environment. 
    • Manage the analysis process and produce reports on received WSPs and ATRs. 
    • Identify, manage and maintain mutual partnerships with Universities, Colleges, and company employer constituencies. 
    • Facilitate and maintain partnerships with other companies that incorporate government departments to monitor the implementation of WSPs and the SSPs. 
    • Develop departmental plans and budgets.
    • Manage and monitor the financial resources, risks and other resources relating to the Skills Planning and Research Department in the company.
    • Develop and update departmental policies and procedures.
    • Manage and implement the Skills Planning activities.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
    • In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned and required.
    • Liaise with Skills Planning stakeholders of the company.
    • Manage the Skills Planning and Research Department.
    • Manage, lead and direct the staff in the Department.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, Management or Business Administration (NQF 7) qualification.
    • A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, Management or  Business Administration (NQF 8) will serve as an advantage.
    • Minimum experience of five (5) years in a skills development/planning and research environment at supervisory or management level including skills planning related functions and relevant legislation.
    • Good understanding of research methods and approach
    • Ability to lead, plan and manage change.
    • Passionate, or the willingness to become immersed in work.
    • Initiative and strong organizational skills.
    • Strong time management and negotiation skills.
    • The ability to set priorities.
