    Cleaning Branch Manager

    Job description

    Top Facilities company is seeking a Cleaning Branch Manager for KZN

    The management and Control of EBITDA, gross profit, total wage cost, business growth, retention of contracts and administration for the Division. Manage human resources including recruitment, training, and coaching and performance management, Staff Welfare and Health and Safety for the division.

    • Driving the Operations strategy daily
    • Strict control of margins and costs
    • Building and maintaining excellent Customer Relationships
    • Setting and maintaining quality standards
    • Manage assets, machinery and equipment
    • Implement, maintain and enforce policies and procedures
    • Meet goals and manage budget
    • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
    • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
    • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
    • Share knowledge with other branches on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
    • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

    Requirements

    • Customer Orientated
    • education requirements
    • A professional individual, who is able to represent the Servest Group’s brand image
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in a similar environment.
    • Good financial skills and an innovative approach to problem solving
    • Display exceptionally high service and quality standards
    • Must have strong organizational skills and evidence of operating well within a team
    • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
    • Must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
    • Good understanding of financial statements
    • Strong motivational skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
