• Key Responsibility Areas:
  
   
• Identifies and defines immediate, short- and long-term objectives associated with the sale of municipal owned land for residential development.
• Controls outcomes associated with productivity and performance of personnel.
• Interrogates and investigates applications from the public.
• Implements and administers the sale of the municipal owned immovable property.
• Administers, controls and checks the post sales process.
• Investigates and concludes ancillary transactions to give effect to council programmes.
• Controls and implements spending with budgetary constraints and prepares monthly and quarterly reports on the financial implications of the section.
• Administers and controls the document flow of the section.

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in the Real Estate or Property Management or Built Environment (e.g. Town Planning or Housing) or Administration field or any other related and equivalent qualification.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license
• 5 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 7) in the Real Estate or Property Management or Built Environment (e.g. Town Planning or Housing) or Administration field or any other related and equivalent qualification.
• 6 Years relevant experience.
