Minimum of Grade 12, National Diploma (NQF level 6)/ B. Degree (NQF level 7) in Psychology or Social Science related.
Experience: 2–3 years’ experience required.
Knowledge: Clerical duties, practices, computer operation, minute taking, agenda compilation, problem-solving skills, supervisory skills. Legislative framework governing the public service.
Knowledge of working procedures. Advantage: Knowledge in research. Skills: Planning, interpersonal relation, language flexibility with good verbal and written communication skills. Other: Willingness to be trained for OHS, Disaster management, and chaplaincy.
Duties :
Assist in implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management. Render administration support duties. Participate and assist in EVP (Employee Value Proposition) programmes.
Provide secretariate duties during meetings, including minutes taking, compilation of agenda and action plan. Contribute to the development, coordination, and delivery of employee health and wellness initiatives.
Allocate and ensure quality of work and assess staff performance. Compile monthly and quarterly reports. Participate in the formation of facilities EVP institutional committees. Coordinate and ensure the promotion of health and safety.
