The role is required to perform administrative duties and support on Tenure Management requirements at Asset Level; to capture assets and maintain the integrity and accuracy of data on Spatial Databases which sustain Seriti’s Asset Record in respect of Tenure Management and Asset Planning. Attend to a hard copy filing archive and automated e-filing system which keeps track of the business documents of the company.
The duties will include but are not limited to:
Execute Tenure requirement at Asset Level
All admin related responsibilities
Manage Rights within contractual specifications
Assist with servitudes and way leave agreements
Manage Rights within contractual specifications
Communication with Lessees
Complete administrative tasks in respect of Lease Agreements and Contracts with Seriti’s Business Partners
Set-up reminders on Trimble to accountable persons to action
Capture data on Asset Register (Trimble Landfolio) and maintain integrity of data
Extracts Reports and schedules which describe every asset Seriti owns or is involved with, its location and what the Rights are
Execute Tenure requirement at Asset Level

Complete administrative tasks in respect of Lease Agreements and Contracts with Seriti’s Business Partners
Check SAP system for Payables and Receivables, i.e. rent; consideration payments, surveyor fees, legal fees
Assist with SG Diagrams/maps when needed
Escalate problematic issues reported by Business Partners to line manager, per example incidences occurring on company assets, i.e. illegal occupation, subsidence of ground; Update reconciliation statements and auditors schedule
Review payments with Finance and advise on allocation of monies
If given the mandate and requested to, assist with conveyancing processes in the acquisition, divestment, subdivision and consolidation of properties
If requested by Operations, provide them with schedules showing their areas of responsibilities
Assist in sourcing historical information

Maintains accuracy of tenement data and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity
You will need:
A minimum Grade 12 certificate and a relevant tertiary NQF 6 qualification
Minimum of 2 years experience in Property Rights
Experience in the mining operation
An understanding of mining operation
Experience in system administration (Trimble Landfolio or similar)
SAP
Computer literacy
In possession of or able to obtain a certificate of fitness
