Monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure and services across the entire metropolitan area of the City
Plan, monitor, strategise and adapt to changes and eventualities to meet deadlines and facilitate processes in providing an efficient performance management service to customers.
Policy implementation, monitoring and reporting
Provide input to ensure that all relevant contracts, tenders and service level agreements with service providers are timeously planned, drafted, updated, approved and implemented
Ensure appropriate financial management, funding and control procedures are in place
