Senior Professional Officer Public Transport Facilities Management at City of Cape Town

Requirements

• A relevant B degree
• Minimum five (5) years’ appropriate experience in Facility Management
• A Code B (08) driver’s licence.

Key Performance Areas

• Monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure and services across the entire metropolitan area of the City
• Plan, monitor, strategise and adapt to changes and eventualities to meet deadlines and facilitate processes in providing an efficient performance management service to customers.
• Policy implementation, monitoring and reporting
• Provide input to ensure that all relevant contracts, tenders and service level agreements with service providers are timeously planned, drafted, updated, approved and implemented
• Ensure appropriate financial management, funding and control procedures are in place
• Staff management
