PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Manages the relationship with the outsourced technical training service provider. Monitors the outsourced training content and manages the training schedule to ensure alignment with operational requirements. Manages and facilitates the on-boarding programme.
To plan, develop and deliver training interventions on Mining discipline.
