Executive PA at Gap Infrastructure Corporation - GIC

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CIO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items.
• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and service providers.
• Manage and track departmental budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with IT project administration and coordination.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PA to a senior executive, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
