FIS Bureau Field Operator at Netstar

Job Description:

• Handling and following up on the clients’ queries
• Reporting of faulty equipment
• Log faulty units with PSD
• Monitor vehicles in safe stop zones
• Advise drivers of next safe stop zone before curfew
• Live route monitoring and Geo Fence Zone violations
• Daily health checks (visually inspected) before any vehicle are allowed to leave the yard or the safe zone
• Daily tracking reports per client requirement
• Scheduled reports and feedback to the various client staff as required
• Handle all queries from client – Software and Hardware related
• Visual screen grabs and position status to clients
• Movement reports of high value goods
• Internal reports to various operation managers and stake holders
• Border crossing communication with officials, identifying reason for delay
• Cost centre and Geozone creation
• Arrival ETAs to all stake holders
• Monitor movement after curfew
• Monitor diesel theft
• Monitor zone entry and exits
• Accident reports and escalations
• Daily weekly feedback to Netstar management

Education

• National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
