About the job
 Reporting 70% to IT to oversee technical support for the business including.

•  Trouble shoot technology provider issues.
•  Set up new staff company laptops, replacement laptops, as well as hardware / device setup and distribution.
•  Maintain staff laptop updates and general software / update maintenance.
•  Oversee server backup and maintenance.
•  Assist with Software project role outs and updates.
•  Train staff on inhouse systems.
•  Control and manage asset register.
•  Assist in IT Policy implementation. 
•  General administration: Reports, recordings, etc
• Reporting 30% to Marketing to create and manage Web Pages, landing pages and graphic design work.
