    Learning and Development Coordinator

    We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our People Development team at our Johannesburg office. Reporting to the Regional Lead for People Development, the Learning and Development Coordinator will bring an energetic disposition and sound coordination abilities to support and compliment the team.

    • Consult with regional & local business leaders to analyse and address identified performance gaps
    • Determine and clarify client or project needs
    • Research available resources to solve the client need
    • Source, implement and/or deliver solutions to client or project
    • Maintain the 70-20-10 focus of learning
    • Assist in advancing all Global core curriculums
    • Represent People Development at office leadership meetings and partner with management team
    • Provide first line support to Business Units / Disciplines
    • Support training requirements as determined in Business Unit Training Matrices and employee CMDs
    • Control quality of materials and training resources
    • Evaluate training, provide summary and analysis
    • Statistical analysis of all training data
    • Coordinate and schedule courses
    • Source and schedule facilitators (incl. regional and external providers)
    • Source nominations
    • Compile and reconcile data
    • Prepare monthly reports and presentations
    • Execute and deliver quality service

    Requirements

    • 1-5 years of related experience
    • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
    • Experience using learning management systems
    • Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
    • Travel may be required
    • Sound administration skills
    • Excellent co-ordination abilities
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Solid planning and organizing abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure towards strict deadlines
    • Solid relationship and influencing abilities
    • Self-motivated team player
    • Assertive
