Occupational Therapist Grade 1 to 3-Caledon Hospital, Theewaterskloof Sub-district, Overberg District
An appropriate qualification that allows for registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Occupational Therapist.
Grade 1: None after registration as Occupational Therapist with the HPCSA in respect of SA qualified employees. One-year relevant experience after registration as Occupational Therapist with the HPCSA in respect of foreign qualified employees, of whom it is not required to perform Community Service as required in South Africa.
Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience after registration with the HPCSA as an Occupational Therapist in respect of SA qualified employees. A minimum of 11 years relevant experience after registration with the HPCSA as an Occupational Therapist in respect of foreign qualified employees, of whom it is not required to perform Community Service as required in South Africa.
Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years’ relevant experience after registration with the HPCSA as an Occupational Therapist in respect of SA qualified employees. A minimum of 21 years relevant experience after registration with the HPCSA as an Occupational Therapist in respect of foreign qualified employees, of whom it is not required to perform Community Service as required in South Africa.
