Operational Intelligence Administration at Smollan

We are on a look out for an experience and suitably qualified Operational Intelligence Administrator in our Business Intelligence department to ensure organisational effectiveness through the maintenance and sustainability of operational systems and effective reporting to relevant stakeholders.

As an OI Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Effective administration
• Effective analysis and reporting
• Effective operational systems
• Effective fleet and call cycle administration
• Vehicle Tracking
• Ensure records are kept regarding total optimised distances
• Effective teamwork and self-management
   

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in a systems / analytical environment preferably within FMCG
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in Operational and Reporting Systems
• Reporting skills
