Key Performance Areas
Manage specialised projects, programmes and business processes by developing and implementing strategies and plans
Manage the continuous development and delivery of public safety research projects, informant rewards programmes, trauma management, substance abuse prevention and containment programmes
Coordinate and manage workplace resilience and trauma exposure within the directorate
Oversee the development and implementation of substance abuse prevention initiatives
Coordinate liaison with local and international stakeholders
Manage compliance to the prescripts of the SAPS Act in respect of Civilian Oversight requirements
Lead and control staff within the Strategic and Operational Support section
