    The Job

    We are looking for add to our incredible team, someone who is interested in the recruitment space and who can give their all to develop this interest.

    The basic day-to-day functions include:

    • Perform job and task analysis (Who do we need to find?)

    • Prepare recruitment materials that are designed to capture attention and will resonate with the intended audience.

    • Source and find candidates by using databases, social media etc (we get paid to find the unfindable!)

    • Conduct interviews using various proven recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule (meet them – well, virtually!)

    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes (meet them part two)

    • Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work” (scream how cool we are and how cool our clients are – no really, they are super cool as we only work with the best Fintechs!)

    How awesome do you need to be?

    Ideally, you need to be driven by success, comfortable with change and always gunning for a challenge. If you come from a sales or commission-driven environment or have a passion for research or recruitment, then we definitely want to chat to you.

    We want someone who has integrity and a “just do it” attitude. A degree is preferable but not essential.
