Registration Data Capturer (Fixed -Term Contract) - Randburg at Emeris College

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calling students to come and register
• Calling students to follow up on documents
• Data capturing
• Assessing completeness of a registration
• Assisting students to register

Competencies / Skills required:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be methodical/systematic
• Experience in Word & Excel essential
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner
• Superior organisational and administrative skills
• Best suited to a service-oriented person
• Friendly, presentable, organised and can work under pressure
• High Initiative

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

• Completed Matric/Grade 12
• A Diploma or Degree is advantageous

Minimum Work Experience Requirement:

• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception/Admin) working experience.
• Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
• Previous finance experience will be advantageous
