Senior Payroll and Benefits Administration Professional Ref:CS 165/24 ext
A relevant tertiary qualification (B Tech or B degree) in Human Resources, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a payroll and benefits environment, with 3 years' supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of SAP-based payroll administration is advantageous.
Key Performance Areas:
Provide a professional corporate payroll and benefits administration service to clients.
Manage and monitor the consistent application of approved business processes, control measures, and risk management.
Oversee the project management aspects, ensuring compliance with approved payroll cut-off dates, absence management policies, and adjustments, to promote the production of quality payroll results that meet audit requirements.
Supervise staff effectively, including performance management, leave and absence management, development, and handling disciplinary issues.
Identify and advise on technology improvements to enhance service delivery.
Analyze, balance, and reconcile complex accounts, financial data, and information.
Maintain relationships to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with corporate policies.
