Plan and conduct product installations, commissioning of new equipment and maintenance
Carry out equipment inspections and provide the required feedback / reports to customers and internal stakeholders
Support clients by conducting regular meetings with maintenance teams, troubleshooting and providing solutions with the input of the client and Support Services Team.
Coordinate with Engineering and maintenance Departments to ensure that tasks are completed, while adhering to quality control measures

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
National Diploma: Information Technology
3 years heavy machinery installation experience in the mining industry
