Talent Experience Specialist at Mezzanine

What you will do

• You will be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining dynamic individuals that are passionate about making an impact through their skills in Africa and beyond.
• You will be responsible for identifying key channels to attract talent, working closely with Marketing to communicate our Employee Value Proposition and build a network of sourcing partners. You will monitor staff engagement, identify key interventions to drive engagement and drive the implementation of those initiatives. You will also be responsible for our young talent programmes, being the go-to-person for young talent and ensuring that the programme unlocks the potential of the young talent. Being part of a small interdependent HR team, you will be exposed and co-responsible for all other HR functions.
• As the ideal individual for the role, you will be energised by engaging with people, building internal and external relations. You will be creative and resourceful in co-creating a positive and engaging work environment. You will be the company culture champion, able to identify talent that are a great culture fit and be able to communicate our culture and employee value proposition effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in the HR/ Organisational Development field
• Experience in recruiting for the software development industry
• Degree, preferably in HR or Industrial Psychology
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
