Purpose

• The purpose of the position is to take responsibility for the academic leadership and management of the Faculty through the provision of high-quality technically advanced and cost-effective educational service in alignment with the strategic objectives of the University. Purpose

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years related experience in student academic administration environment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Administrative support through:  
• Diary Management  
• Minute taking, typing, and distribution of agendas and minutes. 
• Photocopying and scanning of documentation. 
• Maintaining a filing system 
• Updating databases/data capturing 
• Answering and screening telephone calls and taking messages 
• Perform internet search to access relevant information.
