    Field Sales Representative

    Purpose: 

    • To promote KWV brands and products in a specific geographical area by visiting outlets e.g. Taverns, etc.) as per a contracted call cycle in order to increase brand awareness and visibility of the KWV brands and increase sales and market share.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
    • At least 2 years relevant FMCG experience in the liquor industry will be advantageous.
    • Computer literate.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license without endorsements, with at least 6 months driving experience (post-date of license issue) A Company vehicle will be provided
    • Availability for frequent travel and possible overnight stay
    • Must be fully bilingual in English as well as the geographical areas preferred language e.g (Xhosa, Zulu, Tswana, etc.)
    • Weekend and Flexible working times as per Business Operational Requirements – 40 hour work week

    Skills Required:

    • Strong sales skills and experience
    • Knowledge and understanding of the area’s ethnic culture
    • Sound communication skills and the ability to read, write and speak English
    • Strong negotiating, relationship building and networking skills
    • Must have a passion for interacting with consumers in the Main market segment
    • Ability to operate independently
    • Must be self-motivated, innovative and self-driven
    • Must be a South African citizen

    Job Summary:

    • Develop and manage sound customer relationships
    • Educate consumers regarding KWV brands
    • Drive distribution i.e. availability
    • Implement promotions according to Main Market Customer Marketing Cycle Plan
    • Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries

    • Ensure the implementation of the Sales Drivers
    • Implement promotions and Point of sale/merchandising in store

    Sales Representative

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
    • At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG
    • Experience in the Liquor industry will be advantageous
    • Computer literate on an advanced level
    • Must have a valid driver’s license without endorsements as well have own vehicle
    • Availability for frequent business travel and overnight stay

    General Worker GWP1311

    Purpose: 

    • The incumbent ensures that incoming pallets are correctly unwrapped of its shrouding before it enters the depallitiser. The incumbent will be responsible for General work activities primarily based in the depalletising area of the production lines, but will be required to work in different areas from time to time.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • 2-3 years’ experience in a production environment
    • Must be willing and able to work shifts and overtime if and when required.

    Knowledge required:

    • Knowledge and understanding of HACCP in a production environment

    • Consistently comply with workplace standards and practices
    • Ensuring all procedures is followed regarding process control
    • To pay close attention to the condition of incoming materials

    Temporary Export Administration - Paarl

    • Making sure customs acquittal documents are uploaded on time to the departmental internal drive
    • Examining files thoroughly for all required documentation
    • Conducting cross-checks within departments regarding file preservation
    • Ensuring up-to-date information about stack dates, vessel departures along courier deadlines is available
    • Collaborating seamlessly with Customs & Excise teams pertaining to justifiable material

    Sap Specialist Logistics - Paarl

    Purpose: 

    • Ensuring the functional customization of the SAP System and be responsible for the implementation of new module functionality and system enhancements. You will be involved in all aspects of the product life cycle i.e. information gathering & analysis, design, configuration, scenario testing, implementation and maintenance

    Minimum requirements:

    Forklift Driver - Paarl

    Purpose: 

    • Responsible for operating a forklift to load and offload trucks. To move, locate, relocate, stack, and pick stock for orders. Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.
