    Legal Securities

    REFERENCE NUMBER: LJ23154

    Reporting to the Senior Legal Adviser, the Legal Securities Officer will take responsibility for the safekeeping of group security documents/contracts/agreements and managing the database. 

    The Legal Securities Officer will: 

    •  Check all documents including supporting documents from business units for correctness using a checklist within one working day of receipt. 
    •  Update computer database to ensure that the correct documents are scanned and stored in the system. 
    •  Generate progress and status update reports daily to business units randomly evaluate data base system (banking and Metrofile systems) for errors. 
    •  Ensure safe keeping of records and generate monthly records management reports.
    •  Control and maintain access register to the strong room. 
    •  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and ensure adherence to SLA’s. 
    •  Evaluate requests for release of documents and recommend for approval or reject release. 
    •  Manage human capital through effective performance management and employee development and empowerment related to direct subordinates. 

    The following minimum requirements should be met to be considered: 
    Qualifications:

    •  Matric (preferably with Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy or Accounting). 
    •  A post-matric qualification at NQF level 5 in Office Management/Administration will serve as an added advantage. 

    Experience:

    •  5 years’ experience in office management and data capturing. 
    •  Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. 
    •  5 years’ knowledge and experience in dealing with securities documents. 
    •  Minimum of 5 years’ experience of the document management systems, of which 3 years should be functional knowledge of the Metrofile Document Management System or any other Document Management System. 

    Requisite Functional Competencies: 

    •  Computer literacy in Ms Office package. 
    •  Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting. 
    •  Knowledge and understanding of Public Financial Management Act. 
    •  Knowledge of corporate governance principles. 
    •  Good knowledge and understanding of securities.
    •  Good understanding of commercial legal environment plus a good understanding of property management and law, contract law, commercial law and the debt collection process.

    Manager: Program Delivery in Built Environmen

    REFERENCE NUMBER: LJ23134 

    Reporting to the Divisional Manager: Implementing Agent, the Manager: Program Delivery in Built Environment will effectively manage all aspects of projects and programmes assigned to IDFC implementation to ensure project/programme success.

    The Manager: Program Delivery in Built Environment is responsible for: 

    •  Strategy development and implementation and drafting of the terms of reference for the appointment of service provider through the SCM process. 
    •  Project and program management in built environment and ensure that deliverables and milestones are completed on time. 
    •  Stakeholder engagement by attending stakeholder meetings and present reports to stakeholders/projects principals when required. 
    •  Ensuring community participation on the implemented projects or programs. 
    •  Identification, monitoring, and mitigation of projects risks. 
    •  Financial sustainability and viability of the implemented projects through reporting on the expenditure and variations of the project. 
    •  Human capital management through effective performance management and employee development and empowerment related to direct subordinates. 

    The following minimum requirements should be met to be considered: 
    Qualifications:

    •  Bachelor's degree/BTech degree or equivalent qualification in built environment discipline. 
    •  Post graduate qualification in built environment would serve as an advantage. 
    •  Minimum professional registration as a Candidate (construction) Project Manager with SACPCMP or Equivalent. 

    Experience:

    •  Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the built environment. 
    •  Experience in planning and implementation of construction projects from inception to close out. 
    •  Valid code B Driver’s licence. 

    Requisite Functional Competencies: 

    •  Computer literacy in Ms Office package. 
    •  Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting.

    Divisional Manager: Application Management

    Reporting to the Group Chief Information Officer, the Divisional Manager: Applications Management will manage the end-to-end process and ongoing development of application development, data management, programme management and information management and security. 

    The successful candidate's responsibilities will be to: 

    • Develop and manage the Divisional Strategy and Policies. 
    • Management of operations in the division 
    • Coordinate and manage the divisional budgetary process. 
    • Formulate and/or periodically review the divisional Policies and Strategic Plan based on the current IT strategic plan, business plan and/or practices. 
    • Manage Service Level Agreements and service provider performance. 
    • Compile divisional budget and manage expenditures. 
    • Ensure effective management of human resources. 

    The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered: 
    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. 
    • Post Graduate qualification in IT will be advantageous. 
    • The following relevant industry certifications will be advantageous: 
    • Project Management e.g. Prince 2, PMBOK 
    • Agile methodologies e.g., PMI-ACP; AgilePM; CPO; CEC; CDA Enterprise & Systems Architecture e.g., TOGAF; COBIT 

    Minimum:

    • Seven (7) years' experience in a similar environment, minimum of three (3) years' experience Senior Management. 

    Requisite Functional Competencies 

    • Computer Literacy (MS Office). 
    • Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting. 
    • Knowledge and understanding of Public Finance Management Act. 
    • Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance principles including relevant national and KZN provincial government policies and procedures.

    Requisite Functional Competencies: 

    • Computer literacy in Ms Office package. 
    • Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting. 
    • Knowledge and understanding of Public Financial Management Act.
