    Lead Researcher

    Job Details:

    This role will focus on supporting our sales team with researching and generating a highly-targeted and accurate list of business leads with the correct information. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by researching and compiling information with new potential customers in the relevant markets.

    Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth and have the ability to make an impact and grow your own career.

    To be successful in this role, you should have above-average attention to detail and communication skills. The goal of a lead researcher is to enhance the work of our sales team by filling our pipeline with a highly-targeted list of company and contact information, in our target market. The quality of these lists defines the effectiveness of our outbound prospecting team.

    Responsibilities:

    • This role will focus on supporting our sales team with researching and generating an accurate company and contact list of business leads, within our relevant target markets.
    • Use LinkedIn or other online resources such as lead generation tools, checking websites, to gather the correct information. Phone to confirm the correct information or to get missing details where required.
    • Capture the correct information onto the CRM system.
    • Capture lists in Excel.
    • You will be required to add a minimum number of contact details on a daily basis.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. (Non-negotiable)
    • Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
    • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven work experience either as an Administrator, Researcher or looking for a new career challenge moving into a fast moving sales environment.
    • A BA, BComm or BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field would be required.
    • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently without micro-management, but also a team player.
    • Ideal candidates would have some experience or knowledge of the financial services industry.

    Office Manager

    The Role

    DocFox Africa is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team. This person will be a core part of the executive leadership team, attending leadership meetings, overseeing our daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will communicate well and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. The individual coming into this role will need to be able to take ownership of the role, be creative and have the ability to function independently. Other members of the various teams will be available for support/direction, should the need arise. Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to perform or execute without delay is key for the success of the role.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and duties within the office, including but not limited to:
    • Ordering of office supplies/swag/laptops etc.
    • Handling any orders delivered to and from the office
    • Travel arrangements and accommodations for required employees travelling
    • Coordinate and schedule events, meetings, agendas: internal and external
    • Assisting with presentations for the leadership team
    • Manage communications with business through different channels
    • Arrange meeting room bookings and socials at the office
    • Serve as the main point of contact for the entire leadership team
    • Greeting and assisting visitors

    • Liaising with service providers and suppliers
    • Support HR functions:

    Requirements

    Must Haves

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Office Manager
    • Professional level verbal and written skills, and ability to communicate across all levels
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
    • Complete discretion and confidentiality
    • Po-active approach to problem solving and strong decision-making skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications
    • Ability to learn new software applications quickly

    Senior Customer Success Marketer

    Job Purpose

    We are looking for a self starter Marketer that will be responsible for marketing campaigns and strategies that will increase customer satisfaction and retention. The individual will support the operations of the marketing and customer success teams and will be responsible for tracking key customer and channel metrics as well as sharing insights and recommendations on their findings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate referral, loyalty and retention programs designed to win back, reward, and retain customers
    • Use various channels to create a customer lifecycle strategy to support customers from the day they purchase
    • Support the customer success teams (onboarding, support and account management) with executing initiatives and campaigns
    • Assist account management team with campaigns that up-sell
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance with clear direction to the team on what to try differently to drive increased performance
    • Facilitate customer discovery sessions to get an understanding of what customers love about our product and services
    • Create case studies and testimonies
    • Coordinate monthly newsletters
    • Coordinate product and feature announcements
    • Identify areas of customer improvement
    • Evaluate the customer service experience
    • Assist with setting up webinars and training sessions
    • Work with teams to distribute surveys and questionnaires to determine customer satisfaction
    • Developing a deep understanding of our customers and use insights for content creation
    • Setting up automations to facilitate the customer onboarding and renewal process
    • Facilitate the creation of a customer success portal
    • Coordinate year end gifts and swag for customers
    • Oversee the strategy for the customer Knowledge base

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B SaaS.
    • At least a 3 year degree in marketing, business or relevant field.
    • Highly skilled in marketing automation – Hubspot preferrable.
    • Highly skilled in email marketing.
    • Expert in marketing principles and the activities that support these.
    • Good knowledge of market research techniques & successful implementation of findings.
    • Solid experience in end-to-end campaign creation.
    • Experience in copywriting is preferable.

This includes following logic chronological steps, completing qualitative checks, capture document information, compare the final set of information. Communicating with co-workers & manager to ensure accuracy, is the key to succeed in this role.
