    Product lifecycle management

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in a technical field, e.g. Marketing, Computer Science
    • Agile certification would be advantageous.
    • Professional Scrum Product Owner – Advanced certification.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with B2C product management experience
    • Experience in information gathering and the creation of product stories and acceptance criteria.

    Knowledge, skills and attributes:

    • Strong analytical capability with the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to construct clear product user stories, requirements and technical documentation.
    • Attention to detail coupled with accurate execution and delivery.
    • Ability to work on several simultaneous projects.

    • Knowledge of user-centred design principles.

    • The Senior BI Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the organisation’s data infrastructure and advanced analytics solutions. This role focuses on enabling world-class people analytics and delivering strategic business insights that support evidence-based decision-making across HR, Operations, and leadership teams.

    Job Description
    Data Infrastructure & Integration

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating HR, operational, financial, and performance datasets.
    • Develop and optimise ETL/ELT processes to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data flows.
    • Manage integrations between HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other workforce systems into central data warehouses.
    • Ensure alignment of data architecture with business needs, including scalability for future growth.

    Analytics Solutions & Reporting

    • Build onboarding recruitment analytics tools and employee survey applications, ensuring automated collection and reporting of key workforce metrics.

    • Provide subject matter expertise in BI and data architecture to internal stakeholders.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in BI development, data modelling, and ETL/ELT processes.

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and enterprise data integration tools.
    • Proven experience working with HR, payroll, or operational data sources.
