    Regional Maintenance Manager

    • Our client in the Water Solutions industry is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead and enhance maintenance and asset management practices across operations in the Cape Town, Macassar

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Play a strategic leadership role in shaping and implementing the Company’s asset management strategy while ensuring contractual compliance and operational excellence.

    Site Supervisor

    • Our client in the Water Solutions industry is seeking a Site Supervisor in Parow

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Ensure effective management and operations of the Wastewater Treatment Works in terms of monitoring and controlling processes and product quality to ensure all contractual obligations and performance targets are met.
    • Monitor and optimize the process units & ancillary services and equipment in accordance with the Requirements and Quality Specifications as per SOP / O&M manuals / Training / Contractual Requirements.

    • Our client based in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth is looking for a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within defined countries and market segments by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services

    Duties:

    • Sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach and by creating awareness and growing the brand.

    Inventory/Dispatch Administrator

    • Our client in the chemical industry, based in Pinetown KZN is looking to employ an Inventory/Dispatch Administrator who will be primarily responsible for active backorder management and strict inventory control, ensuring that all open orders are continuously tracked, prioritised, and fulfilled against verified stock availability

    Duties

    • Verifying stock prior to allocation and dispatch to maintain system and physical alignment.
    • Closing pick slips accurately to confirm completion of warehouse execution.
    • Tripping sales orders into the correct delivery routes, consolidating loads based on Next Delivery Dates (NDDs) to optimise transport efficiency.

    • Validate purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and cleanliness using a DOTIF report.

    Trip Planning and Route Optimization:

    • Use the Syspro system to prepare trip sheets for each route and allocated vehicle.
    • Ensure compliance with maximum legally allowed tonnage per vehicle.
    • Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery schedules.

    Invoicing and Documentation:

    • Generate accurate invoices and delivery notes for all dispatched orders.

    Communication and Coordination:

    • Liaise with 3PL transporters to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.

    Daily Dispatch Operations:

    • Start the day by planning and preparing deliveries for multiple customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, including planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
