    Lead Automation Tester

    Skills and Experience

    What you’ll do:

    • Lead Quality Engineering in squads in accordance with the agreed Test Engineering and Quality practices.
    • Ensure alignment across stakeholders to optimize the testing efficiencies across the Product delivery stack.
    • Ensure team effectiveness and healthy team dynamics.
    • Liaise with Stakeholders.
    • Deliver automated testing solutions. 
    • Provide advice to clients on quality practices.
    • Build and foster deep relationships with Peers, Subject Matter Experts, Developers, Product Owners, and other Stakeholders. 
    • Work closely with Quality Assurance Leads, Practise Leads, Developers, Architects, Product owners, and other Stakeholders to meet the expectations of clients.
    • Participate in the overall PI planning and the squad deliverables including capacity estimation and interdependencies.
    • Obtain and review relevant artifacts from stakeholders (eg: technical landscape, architecture design, technology roadmaps).
    • Create the Test Strategy, approach, or plan and ensure alignment with the squad objectives.
    • Contribute to the systematic breakdown of the business needs into manageable feature(s), stories, and epics that can be delivered.
    • Ensure all committed user stories and acceptance criteria are tested for the specific release ensuring quality is not compromised.
    • Participate in the backlog grooming and in the sprint planning.
    • Participate in the daily stand-up where necessary, manage the issues raised by the Software Quality & Test Engineers, and raise relevant associated risks.
    • Perform pull requests and ensure all feature branches are committed to Master.
    • Review that the test automation solution meets the architectural and development standards that are reusable and scalable.
    • Challenging the business and technology solutions in alignment with the client's value proposition.
    • Ensure integration into and continuous test automation execution on DevOps pipelines.
    • Work with the Enterprise Quality Assurance Practise Lead on the metrics and reporting to communicate quality engineering practices.
    • Ensure the defect management process is adhered to by the Software Quality & Test Engineers.
    • Ensure artifacts are easily obtainable by storing all relevant artifacts in the repository
    • Participate in the retrospective reviews and seek efficiencies which will ensure quicker delivery with high quality to our client(s).
    • Encourage Peer reviews of the QA artifacts.
    • Seek ongoing improvements in technical capabilities.
    • Mentor the Engineers within the team to improve their technical capabilities.
    • Provide input into the documentation of standards & quality practices for Quality engineering for the organization's current and future technological architecture.
    • Provide input into performance management of team members (e.g. performance contracts, development plans, poor performance and improvement plans, and review).
    • Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes (e.g. operational processes) that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations.
    • Seek opportunities to improve business processes, models, and systems through agile thinking.

    Automation Tester

    What you’ll do:

    • Use the automation framework and pre-defined test tools to inspect, analyse, design, develop and implement re-useable automated test assets to quality assure the solution and its architecture to ensure the overall quality of the solution.
    • Good working knowledge of Front End and API automation as well as Performance Testing (NFT).
    • Tools include Selenium/ Appium/ Healenium, RestAssured and JMeter.

    Your Expertise:

    • Intermediate - Senior (4+ years experience).
    • Selenium/ Appium with Java (other tools are a bonus).
    • BBD - Cucumber Framework.
    • JMETER – Performance Testing.
    • API – RestAssured.
    • Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
    • SQL/ Database experience.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Relevant IT/ Testing qualification
    • ISTQB

    Operations Manager II

    What you’ll do:

    • Manage service delivery in such a way that SLA and OLA requirements are exceeded and maximize customer satisfaction with the services delivered.
    • Provide input and maintain critical operational processes and systems to support the business strategy.
    • Monitor, manage, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, documented processes, and legislation to avoid financial and/or reputational risk to the organization.

    • Including conducting performance appraisals.
    • Ensure that all forms (teams and own) required for processing are correct and submitted on time - Expense claims/Leave/Standby/all other documentation and provide complete Management reporting in the agreed format, accurately and timely.

    • Function-related experience: 3 years
    • Leading teams: 3 years
    • Other experience: 3 years of senior management experience with strategy orientation

    Qualifications Required:

    • Grade 12
    • ITIL Foundation 4 and ITIL Intermediate

    Manager: People and Culture

    What you’ll do:

    • Consult with Cluster and BU leadership to remain abreast of current and future business needs.
    • Utilise data analytics to support business insights.
    • Liaise with LOB HR to inform Divisional and Group HR strategy and program development.
    • Custodian of the total HR value chain.
    • Manage the implementation/delivery of all HR value chain programs - workforce planning, organizational design, recruitment and selection, onboarding, reward, and recognition, change management, employee wellness, employee and industrial relations, payroll administration, training, and development, succession planning and offboarding – for all staff for the Division in line with group processes.
    • Custodian of all disciplinary and grievance-related matters for the Division, including policy compliance, procedural compliance for disciplinary inquiries, and dispute resolution at external dispute resolution bodies (CCMA, Bargaining, council, DoEL) with all people-related legislative requirements including but not limited to skills development, employment equity, LRA, BCEA, OHSE, POPIA.
    • Advise and coach cluster and BU leadership and management on all people-related matters.
    • Influence and manage the Cluster and BU organizational design to achieve lean organizational structures that are in line with business strategy and revenue levels.

    Your Expertise:

    • 5-10 Years experience in the Human Resource field

    Junior IT Engineer (Servers & Networks)

    What you’ll do:
