    Loading of trucks destined for clients

    • Collect firearm and kit from armoury

    ATM Custodian ( Crown Mines ) - G4S Cash Solutions

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

    ATM up time

    • Ensure that the ATM terminals are correctly stocked with cash and stationary (as per order instruction)

    SOC Shift Manager - Secure Solutions - Sandton , Johannesburg

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Manage up to 3 SOC Operators, in shift patterns as required (8- or 12-hour shifts).
    • Liaise with other Security Operations Centres (R/GSOC) within the SOC network and ensure best practice is maintained throughout the network.

    Competencies and Skills:

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience of working in (including 2 in managing) a security environment similar to that of an international control room or SOC.
    • High proficiency in using IT applications and evidence of data entry and retrieval, keyboard skills, to a speed of at least 25wpm with at least 75% accuracy.
    • A good understanding of video, access and guard management systems.
    • Familiarity with Genetec, C-Cure, Trackforce or similar integrated systems is highly desirable; demonstration of use of other systems is a must.

    • Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports, independent of direction, where necessary.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

    Maintain Vehicle standards  and comply with company equipment and vehicle procedure

    Cash Centre Supervisor Vryburg

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Supervise the effective work flow process for Tellers in the Cash Processing Centre
    • Runners receive cash consignments in a stop loss bag and record and scan onto E-viper
    • Ensure that there is equal division of the cash consignments per teller and customer requirements

    Expression Of Interest -Vault Officer (Pretoria)

    Main Purpose of the Position:

    To ensure a high quality of service is consistently maintained, with optimum efficiency and ensuring traceability of cash containers/items entering, and leaving the vault department. Responsible for receiving cash in containers for hand over to the bank tellers to ensure cash is secured and packed into vault if necessary for overnight storage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Execute day to day operations within vault operations

    • Operate in receipt and dispatch function dealing with internal and/or external customers, including responsibility for ensuring accurate and secure loading and/or unloading of CIT and ATM vehicles
    • Responsible for the distribution of receipt, moneybags, receipts, daily routes, route keys and schedules to CIT crew
    • Efficient operation of issuing and receiving containers, valuable items and documentation necessary for the operational function of the branch
    • Use the e-Viper system at all times for audit trail purposes, for all cash/containers/items
    • Responsible for the proper use of mechanical handling equipment
    • Required to cross-train in multiple processes in order to support all Cash Vault services.

    • Control exit and entry of vehicles to loading bays(s)

    Tactical Support Officer - Mthatha

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

    Maintain Security at the Premises

    • Ensure that existing security procedures are maintained at all times
    • Ensure highest level of access control at property and building perimeters and internal security areas

    Cash Centre Supervisor (Rustenburg)

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

    Supervise the effective work flow process for Tellers in the Cash Processing Centre

    • Runners receive cash consignments in a stop loss bag and record and scan onto E-viper
    • Ensure that there is equal division of the cash consignments per teller and customer requirements
    • Ensure that the tellers are processing according to Cash processing policy and procedures
    • Obtain the Teller Summary report from compass per customer, to confirm that the tellers are processing according to correct customer banking details.  The correct references must be attached to the deposit slip
    • Authorize any variances accordingly and record in the Occurrence Book.
    • Complete incident report for submission to Client Liaison Officer re any variances

    National Labour Manager | Centurion

    Branch Officer G4S Cash Solutions

    Main Purpose of Position:

    • To assist the Branch Manager by maintaining effective branch security and ensuring that standard security operating procedures are adhered to by all relevant staff

    Key responsibilities:

    Responsible and accountable for effective Branch Security

    • Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment of the customers  area
    • Conduct regular branch evaluations minimum requirement once a month
    • Conduct regular checks of all security equipment (record in relevant register – daily, weekly and monthly)
    • Daily testing of all alarm systems.  Conduct full checks once a week on alarm system to ensure that they are in good working condition in conjunction with National Control Centre and alarm monitoring company.
    • Complete necessary fault report once received full report from National Control Centre
    • Control key holder responsibilities at all times with Tactical Support Officer
    • Control effective and efficient Access Control procedures and Property Protection
    • Manage the safety procedures of  the payouts.
    • Conduct site surveys on the premises of new customers, large payroll customers and customers with large cash movements to ascertain the safety of delivery and pick up points and make an assessment of the premises.
    • Obtain information of necessary documentation from customers in the result of an incident or cash loss.
    • Report after an investigation into all cash losses and where and where cash losses are less than R1000 , submit all relevant details (CCTV Footage and relevant paper work) to the Group Security Department within 24hrs.
    • Assist in any investigation within a branch that  may deem to be necessary from time to time ie departmental or criminal in nature
    • Control the scene and take immediate action for robberies.  Do not communicate any information to media.
    • Investigate all E-Viper overrides done by TSOs

    Reports and Registers

    • Conduct branch evaluation security reports on a monthly basis for Branch Management information

    Control and maintenance of equipment

    • Control daily checks of Bulk vehicles used for banking and ensure that the daily limits of the vehicle are not exceeded.
    • Ensure that all security equipment is serviceable at all times.

    Management and Supervision of staff

    • Ensure that all staff are trained on standard operating procedure and policies relevant to their role (specific to security equipment and procedures)
    • Supervise TSO’s and ensure that all job functions are correctly carried out, report back on findings
    • Supervise the overall security of road operations and adherence to all standing orders in respect of operational systems, box drills and defensive procedures (Vehicle loading, Vehicle movement, Operational drills, Banking hall and 3rd men operations, Radio procedures, Emergency procedures)
    • Plan effective utilization of armed escorts in conjunction with Branch Manager(When required)
    • Assume necessary responsibilities as branch manager in the absence of branch management in line with previous capabilities.
