    IT O365 Infrastructure Administrator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, engineering, and operations of Microsoft related components including but not limited to Office 365 (including security), Azure Cloud Operations, Exchange Messaging, Active Directory, Mimecast, Active Directory, Postfix
    • Administration and scripting of environment using PowerShell
    • Ensuring Messaging systems are running optimally, securely and protected via backup.
    • Ensure operational documentation is up to date
    • Helping to shape the Microsoft infrastructure globally, in line with the ambitions of the company
    • Creating and maintaining messaging standards and delivery of infrastructure solutions in line with PCI-DSS compliance requirements, including documentation
    • Provide in depth 3rd line troubleshooting of Microsoft infrastructure related issues
    • Learning and expanding your infrastructure expertise and skillset
    • Monitor daily activities, including change Requests, project deliverables and ticket management queue responsibilities
    • Project assignments where you will work closely with other project teams developing new IT solutions based on business requirements, designing, and evaluating technical solutions and producing technical support documentation

    Expert engineering skills required in the below

    • Exchange online
    • O365 Product suite (Sharepoint online, Teams, Cloud App Security, etc)
    • PowerShell
    • Azure Administrator

    • Highly motivated with a passion for technology and technical detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Solution-focused and committed to high quality delivery

    • Organised individual who is a good communicator and can discuss technical subjects in layman terms
    • Graduate educational standard preferred or equivalent workplace experience
    • Enthusiastic, proactive with accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to follow documented processes
    • Good time management/planning
    • Natural team player
    • Challenging, inquisitive and straight talking
    • Flexibility to work out of hours (particularly for business impacting changes)
    • Ability to work remotely and be managed remotely
