    Productivity Partner (Mining / Maintenance / Earth-moving Equipment) – Limpopo

    Responsibilities:

    • To assist stakeholders in achieving high equipment availability, reliability and productivity through improved maintenance and operation practices to ultimately reduce the equipment's total cost of ownership.
    • Improve MTBF (mean time before failure) and/or reduce MTTR (mean time to repair), by supporting the maintenance schedule, parts selection and inventory forecasting, technical coaching and training, and equipment health checks.

    HR Practitioner Employee Relations

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and assess level of issue-based risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc.
    • Consider the level of risk, apply mitigation, and implement control measures for residual risk (set objectives, minimum requirements, etc.)
    • Utilise the Integrated Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status.

    Manager, Planning & Analysis

    Job Description:

    The main purpose of this position is to manage the Financial Planning and Analysis section within the Financial Services Department (FSD) of the bank to ensure the effective management of the banks budget management and financial performance analysis processes

    Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

    • Develop sectional operational plans aligned to the FSD and the bank and clarify performance expectations and roles for own team.
    • Develop budgeting and reporting processes, procedures, and system requirements for approval, setting the boundaries within which own staff members work and ensuring alignment with related functions and the organisational value chain.
    • Manage the implementation of divisional policies, processes and procedures, and monitor compliance with them.
    • Lead the Planning Section with set and achievable objectives and targets, prioritise work, and manage resource utilisation and quality of deliverables.

    Integrity Investigator

    Responsibilities:

    • Planning and conducting investigations and special purpose reviews, which would include interview preparation, research, analysis, interviews of complainants, witnesses, victims and subjects, collection and forensic analysis of emails and other data, transaction analysis and review, report writing, and other duties as deemed appropriate by the company.
