    Credit Controller

    Job Duties

    • Monthly debit order runs
    • Data capturing and filing
    • Loading of contracts
    • Credit and debit notes
    • Credit and debit journals
    • Reconciliation of daily accounts
    • Invoicing of PODs
    • Daily allocation of payments from bank
    • Controlling daily book value
    • Supplier invoicing

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Related tertiary qualification highly advantageous
    • 3 -5 years experience in a fast paced credit control position / environment

    Head Office Administrator

    Job Duties

    • Manage front desk - calls, visitors, messages, etc
    • Liase with couriers and manage way bills and mail
    • Manage office supply orders - collection of office supplies if necessary ensuring basic supplies are always available
    • Assist with paper work and documentation from the HR department
    • Update companies database with information provided
    • Manage electronic employee files and information
    • Assist with payroll functions if required
    • Make travel and meeting arrangments for staff - this will include international travel bookings and VISA applications

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Grade 12

    • Drivers licence and own transport

    Foreign Creditors Co ordinator

    Job Duties

    • Processing Journals ,Invoices, credit notes on SAP
    • GL analysis of freight accounts
    • Capturing freight, Foreign Intercompany Invoices ,reconciling and confirming intercompany balances on a monthly basis /consolidations
    • Ensuring all foreign invoices adhere to customs and the Reserve bank.
    • Matching open orders to goods receipt list, keeping track of goods receipt.
    • Tracing & Processing Sea (Containers) &Airfreight Imports on logistic warehouse system, updating all shipments received on excel on freight control sheet.
    • Calculating freight charges again cost centres and projects ,analysing drawbacks
    • Monthly airfreight recovery recharges
    • Updating exchange Rates, Forex Profit loss account, checking Price variance Account
    • Preparation of Age Analysis of Foreign Supplier Accounts
    • Compiling weekly Cash flow forecast for monthly, weekly supplier payments.
    • Loading EFT Foreign Payment batches/payment run/CPD Vendors.
    • Allocating payments against correct Vendor invoices
    • Attending to audits and general queries
    • Customs Import Control: Cost Control Assisting in capture Calculating PRCC /MIDP claims export claims.
    • Updating Quarterly prices
    • Assisting in Preparing C1 import Certificate
    • Ensuring All Import Adhere to customs

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Recognised post Grade 12 diploma in Finance
    • 5 - 7 years experience in a Foreign Creditors role
    • Customs duty and other related knowledge preferred
