    Qualifications

    Skills requirements

    • Tertiary qualification in engineering/computer science
    • High technical skills on IIoT solutions, software, cloud based services, and connectors with EcoStruxure Edge Control
    • Operational Software Experience (SCADA, Historian, MES, Batch, Traceability & Genealogy, Production Scheduling, Alarm management, Asset management)
    • Translation of the business and operational functional requirements into IT/OT system requirements
    • Management of the execution of IIoT solutions customer project and delivery of success criteria
    • High-level solutions pre-sales and sales skills
    • High-level Communication skills (with Customers C-level and technical responsibilities and internal Schneider Electric stakeholders)
    • Coordination of complex projects and topics in an international and multicultural context
    • Ability to travel : between 30% and 50%

    Job Purpose

    • Be an integral team member of and provide technical support to the field sales force, End Users and channel customers by bringing deep or specific product and application knowledge to help understand customer design, aid selection, to put Schneider products in the customer specifications and close deals.
    • By creating a high level of trust in the customer network gather information to help create Go-to-Market strategies and tactics in conjunction with the regional team.
       

    Prinsiple Accountabilities

    • Assist in achieving or exceeding the region’s sales targets by using technical competence to give credibility and support to our field sales, internal sales and to our channel partners.
    • With the regional team develop a market saturation plan for the Schneider offer with measurable tasks and outcomes.

    Strategic Customer Leader- Anglophone

    About the job

    Mission

    • Contribute technically to commercial roadmap and action plan (such as product qualification, prescription, specifications drafting ...) toward assigned customers in order to profitably grow the Energy Transactional sales.
    •  
    • Convert customers needs identified at early stage of the sales process into suitable solutions leveraging portfolio of Product; use her/his technology and product knowledge in Energy Transactional offer and leverage network of technical experts in other domains.

    • Support the deployment of Energy Transactional commercial strategy and provide technical feedback to Energy Business Unit on its offer positioning vs. local competition.


    Scope & Environment

    • Energy Products Application professional within an Energy Cluster providing technical sales support, assigned to Accounts Managers (V1) and Field Sales (V2) teams from all Businesses and Segments.


    Key responsibilities / activities

    • Promote the unique Customer Value Propositions to influence customers/consultants with Energy Product offer by bringing up differentiating and innovative technical proposals, addressing business requirements, customer process constraints and technical challenges.
    • Take an active part in qualifications activities of all Energy Products toward End-Users, Consultants, Specifiers, Regulators, direct customers… with the support of Energy Business marketing and technical teams.
    • Establish close relationship with Customers' technical team in order to prescribe best fitting products vs. requirements and influence its requests for quotation. Convert customer needs in technical proposals focusing on value creation Product's features.
    • Support technically influencing and specifying activities at early stages of business development & opportunity identification.
    • Organise customer events, external technical events, fairs, technical demos and customer visits (in Schneider Electric's facilities and/or other customers' ones).
    • Support Account Managers (V1) in opportunities analysis and qualifications vs. Energy Transactional offer (S0 gate review). Identify potential new business opportunities. Provide and master all necessary technical specifications.
    • Review Request for Quotations (RfQ) providing sales team with clear technical synthesis of Energy Products competitive advantages. Provide technical quotations to sales team to reach sales targets.
    • Communicate market feedback about trends, competitors and requirements to Energy Business Unit (BU) in order to make appropriate offer enhancements.
    • Develop required technical and commercial argumentation documents. Provide answers to technical questions from customers in co-operation with technical experts of different Business Units (BUs).
    • Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers (V1) and Field Sales (V2) sharing her/his technical expertise.

    Senior Field Service Representative - Mine Winders

    Job Purpose & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and commissioning of mine winder systems and solutions.
    • Review and support sales and project managers with system components and solutions for mine winder control.
    • Ensuring that the quality of technical solutions is sound and that engineering processes are followed and adhered to.
    • Supports and commission mine winder systems and drive systems up to 6600V and 10MVA.
    • O.E.M Inspection of winders.
    • Breakdown site support on mine winder systems and drive systems is required.
    • Support team members with breakdown service support telephonically and/or remotely.
    • Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing is required according to design to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery according to scope.
    • Provide customers and team members technical support and advice.
    • Coordinate the production of cost-effective detailed engineering designs in liaison with external consultants and technology partners.
    • Responsible for timely and accurate distribution of design drawings and documentation on assigned projects.
    • Ensure awareness and compliance with project quality procedures (QA).
    • Manage individual priorities, deliverables and utilization (time management).
    • To assist with the preparation of tenders including responsibility for technical solution design.
    • Perform onsite project and services work as required.
    • Conduct site supervision and control of installation phase of project.
    • Ensure timely and safe work practices.
    • Provide reports and regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identify and review all project variations, and report back to project manager.
    • Review and understand project scope, identify project risks and provide mitigation solutions.
    • Assist in project planning to develop required tasks and estimate time requirements for the work breakdown structure.
