    Specialist Finance Decision Support: Sales and Distribution - Midrand

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • The Finance Business Partnering team for the Consumer Business Unit provides Financial Planning and Analysis and Decision support to help the unit achieve its goals and offer dynamic value propositions for each customer. We have a diverse team with skills in Actuary, Accounting and Economics that help the business in effective decision making and operational financial planning & insights.
    • The purpose of the role is to provide the various leads within the CBU Core, Sales and Distribution environment with financial and analytical support that ensures the key business objectives are achieved. The support provided by the Specialist: Finance Business Partner CBU is meant to ensure efficacy in operational and tactical decision making, which is underpinned by robust financial reviews, using analytics, business and commercial intelligence, and financial modelling. The role will mainly focus to support Terminals & Acquisition and Retention business functions. 

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Support the CBU sales teams with financial and investment decision analysis and provide adequate business challenges in the launch and on-going evaluation of A&R propositions 
    • Manipulation of raw data for building financial models, analysing customer trends/behaviour
    • Ability to extract data using SQL/Qliksense/ suitable analytics and convert into actionable insights for business decision making

    Deep and Insightful Product analytics

    • Support CBU sales team on monthly KPI performance, profitability analysis by product categories
    • Provide financial advice on sales campaigns/new propositions to CBU team to support the achievement of the financial targets

    Channel and customer investment analytics

    • Provide accurate and up-to-date financial models to achieve targeted A&R efficiency and intensity

    Role purpose:

    The Executive has business development goals including both new sales and cross-selling additional services to prospective and existing clients.     Group Manager AI & Automation - Midrand

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • To define and execute the Chatbot, AI and Automation strategy for the 8 Vodacom Group Markets inclusive of capabilities, technology, customer experience and operational models. Drive the adoption of Chatbots across all channels (SMS, App, Web, WhatsApp, Social Media and more) to become a premium channel for self-care driving CX improvement and contact reduction.
    • Possess both commercial acumen to set strategy and business objectives, as well as technical competence to develop and build platforms and journeys. 
    • Drive the rollout and adoption of “TOBi”, our global chat platform across the 8 operating markets, ensuring the most impactful journeys are prioritized and the user experience is world class. This includes voice, chat and agent assisted products like TOBi Assist. 
    • Drive standardization across markets to foster re-usability and speed of deployment, ensuring cost optimisation across the group to ensure the most efficient operating model. Investigate and drive novel approaches to the Vodafone Global TOBi platform which are most suited to the African OpCo commercial and market dynamics.
    • Develop and execute chatbot use cases across markets using evolving new technologies such as ChatGPT, Big Data and the rapidly changing AI capability, driving best customer experience ambition while managing the ambiguity and risk. Keep abreast of the latest technical developments and their applicability to our platforms and services. 
    • To lead and develop his/her respective relationships with the Vodacom OpCo’s showcasing the Vodacom Spirit behaviours and ensuring that we foster, motivated and engaged people to deliver our business goals. Using influence and negotiating skills, drive the OpCo roadmaps steering and managing the various TOBi teams to support our global TOBi strategy. Help markets navigate the AI maturity curve through, chat, voice, co-pilots and intelligent automation. 
    • Be the champion and knowledge expert of Chatbots in Vodacom Group driving the strategy and technical execution for every OpCo. A Single Point of Contact for anyone within the group, and vendor environment that requires chat guidance or support.

    Specialist: Assessments - Midrand

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    Registered HPCSA individual to provide the full assessment function which includes test administration, scoring, and writing reports, including assessment centres, and offering feedback to all relevant stakeholders, for all Bands.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Set-up and conduct psychometric assessments in line with internal and external regulations (HPCSA)
    • Run assessment centres (online assessments, role play activities, business cases, etc)
